Do you absolutely need a bass? Are there any guitar plugins that emulate a bass? If one is absolutely necessary, does a quality matter at all in a mix like this?
@@TommyGunzzz I’ve been using bass guitar samplers for a while now and I’m happy with them. If you want to emulate it with a guitar, maybe pitch shift a guitar down by an octave and process it like that.
bro ahaha this is so perfect thankyou
sike, its not working for me :( i am using a sample that i have chopped up, i was thinking it would work but it doesnt, any tips? feels like the only way this will work is if i export all as seperate tracks/stems

What a wonderful time to find this video after the announcement of the Marvel vs Capcom Fighting game collection! IT'S MAHVEL BABY!!!
@@gerozeal2410 🎶 gonna take you for a ride 🎶

Heck yeah
Agent Woods Is Having A Meltdown
I was trying this yesterday but was getting some weird clipping from my DAW. Probably just need to mess around a bit more. But good to see my head was in the right place lol
Try setting the buffer to a bigger number
Woods is a bad apple
Cool
damn no comments? this is hard as hell
I got one now ;)
Dope
Looks like a Kiesel. Sounds great
I have no words to describe how much this series of videos helped me, what you did was incredible and I can't wait for the next episodes, I followed each step of the tutorial, it took me a few days but I feel much more directed now, thank you very much bro!
This is so good c: I just started playing guitar 1 year ago and im trying to make a Juri theme metal cover atm. Id like to play this one too is there any chance to get the tabs for this somewhere ? :D
You are one talented guitar player ,really good job
Thank you boss!
@@BabaGhanoushMusic you're welcome brother, we need more of this kind of metal covers, God bless
🤣
Trying to put something together myself, but I can't figure out the chords (ear Isn't good enough yet) or find them. What's the key/progression if you don't mind me asking
The root note is B sharp. That much I do know.
@@BabaGhanoushMusic thanks brotha, that gives me a place to start. Thanks a million!
Che è sto merdaio
Two references to my lyrics written over a decade ago, I'm glad. And this cover is boss, love it.
10/10 lmao
These videos have been an absolute god send for me as a complete beginner to producing. I can't thank you enough for this content. Keep up the good work!
Glad it’s helping out. Thanks for checking them out.
I think your guitar would go well with X's theme from MvC Infinite. Lord knows that theme needs guitars.
Sounds good man, nice !
What song is this
Losing Sight - As I Lay Dying
People who play guitar are the coolest people ever ❤🤘
Dawwwwww 🫶🏼
i literally just clicked on the video to say i have the 6 string version of that guitar and its a pretty fucking great piece of equipment
I’m sure the six string version with the shorter scale plays beautifully 👌🏼
@@BabaGhanoushMusic it absolutely does, its hard to believe when people say the ESP versions are noticeably better cause the LTD already plays like a dream then again, I've never played an ESP so I wouldn't know
@@Numnutz that just proves that sometimes just because a guitar is built in America as opposed to overseas doesn’t necessarily mean it’ll be better, unless it’s a custom shop…then it almost has to be no matter what.
@@BabaGhanoushMusic yeah, as soon as you get a custom shop that means to me that the guitar has to be pretty much perfect for what you specified, otherwise you may as well buy a standard production guitar that gets pretty close instead
@@Numnutz yea. Generally the most anybody should spend on a high end guitar is about 2k. Anything above that is all flash and swag.
Woman are temporary the seventh string is eternal
that's such a beautiful 7 string omg
I absolutely love it.
are you plugging in straight in your interface, or using a DI box?
Straight into my interface (Scarlett 2i2)
mix of stuff, some at the gates right of the bat, some later day carcass, but the overall vibe is very mid late 90's Gothenburg iykwis...yeah? cheers
Yea for sure. Especially in the tone of the guitars.
Sick riffage my guy. Thank you for sharing 😎
It was my pleasure.
Cooked up a storm🔥🔥🔥🫶🫶🤧🤧🤧
Tuning?
It’s in standard 7 string (B-E-A-D-G-B-E), but I used Neural DSP’s Arcetype Rabea pitch shifting feature to pitch down -3 semitones. So G# standard technically.
This sounds like Guardians of Asgaard from Amon Amarth
Holy shit, you’re right 😂
😃😃👌👌
How did resolve the issue of the outputs? Within Ableton, when i click audio from, Kontakt 7 and then try to select the appropriate titled label *kick/snare/toms, ect.* it'll just show as unnamed outputs. Aux 1-4 and KT unassigned 1-11. In older verions of Kontakt it would reflect the appropriate label I gave the output in Kontakt, such as kick, snare, ect. Any help?
Hmm that’s interesting. Try saving everything then closing the session then reopening. Then maybe Ableton will refresh and now the inputs will show from Kontakt.
@BabaGhanoushMusic Yeah tried that too. Tried closing and reopening Kontankt as well. I think the issue has to stem from Kontakt because when using Superior Drummer, all of the outputs are appropriately matched.
@@bradylasserre9320 which version of Kontakt are you on? This happened to me too. If you’re on 7, try using 6 and see if that works. That worked for me. Then I upgraded from Ableton 10 to 11 and now Kontakt 7 works.
without glasses for extra metal points
This is the way
Big crowd or were they supporting someone?
Them and Mastodon were coheadlining, mastodon played before them, then to open the show was Lorna Shore
Future BIRD Machine
Thank you so much for sharing this.. It's a big help 🙏🙏🙏
Can you do the Dr Doom theme
Mvc2 or mvc3?
Just did this last night with an iPad/GE Labs/BIAS Amp to a JVC bluetooth speaker, via the aux input… and I used a Joyo Momix Cab usb-c interface. Lots of beautiful jazzy tones - so very happy. Anyone know a tiny bluetooth speaker with aux-in… and 100W output…?
Hawkeyes theme would be fire to cover, aside that, amazing guitar skills!
Super sf4 did it better than ultra but eh nice work amigo
absolutely awesome rendition of an iconic and legendary soundtrack
Bravoo bro , neat trick !!

Maybe cutting this video into segments per instrument and posting those will make it more digestible for people to watch? Still post the full one and announce the clips for those interested maybe that will help in the analytics ? keep it up :)
Hey bud. I’ve done one or two videos like that. I wanted this series to have full transparency every step of the way that way people can see the exact steps getting there. For edited videos, sometimes things happen behind the scenes and the viewer won’t get to see the exact process. I want to get this series done so I can get to regular programming again 👍🏼
I respect that. maybe Live Streaming? Although that's an whole other medium. I, as a beginner defiantly am picking up gems for my own journey so its much appreciated just so you know, Ill be watching from the Netherlands ;). have a good one!@@BabaGhanoushMusic
True. I may as well just live stream it at this point, it’s the same thing. Thank you again for watching!
