That’s not how you measure crabs that’s actually hilarious you using a sewing measuring tape
Brendan Morrison?
Hi BM Enjoy every single one of your videos. You are living the dream. I wish I could troll around by myself with 2 balls down like you do in your Kingfisher. Unfortunately without the luxury of auto pilot and or a rear helm controls it aint happening.
Awesome, and that was a monster!!!
Hey I'm from Maple Ridge and my father and I fish the polder often but have yet to find the way into the big open part you guys are in near the end of the video. Which way do you guys go to get there?
whats the name of that lake??
Can i use yo zuri diving board with flasher and a drone spoon?
Great video. We are looking at new boats right now. Not sure about aluminum. We will use it here in Southern California and the San Juan Islands. Any updates on how this boat has worked for you would be awesome:-)
what transducer are you using?
Looks like fun.
Was wondering what weight of jig to use for different depths? Like 2 ounce to a certain depth ? Then go to 3 or 4 ounce for deeper depth. Having a hard time finding info on that. Thanks
should not be gaffing fish that are a 1/4 cm in size
Great content!! I hope to join this tourney some day. Do you guys ever stop the boat and drop iron on them?
Wicked episode, super nice fish!!
Great tips!
Wonderful ending!! 😂
All the GPS holding is called Dynamic Positioning and requires 2 thrusters/outboards/screws. The rest of the functions for heading, course, and even following a planned track can be done with single screw/outboard. I have it on my boat connected to my lowrance plotter. Its called outboard pilot. Great systems
I always enjoy your videos! It was great to see you at the last boat show and hope to see you guys at another boat show... (I still do have lots of suggestions if you guys are open to them)
How much one will cost?
Is this a salt water boat?
I love when im listening to a video, and my brain says wait a minute I know that voice!
That’s one of the best descriptions of the set up I’ve seen. Thanks for posting!
What a setup! So jealous -- in a good way! And thanks for asking about operation with a single engine.
This is awesome dude
Kingfisher is the only way to go....
What uses can you think of for the Yamaha Helm Master EX? There's a lot of creative ways you can utilize it to get into fish!
Can you gaff release when you have a double hook on? How do you release if you are using either live herring or a herring plug? Thanks
Your in my nation’s territory
Awesome!
I live in revy and the bullies are amazing
Great video! But I’m wondering where you had heard that the US clips 100% of our fish. WA state clips 25% when fully staffed. It’s usually less due to a lack of labor.
🙌🏻👏🏻
Do you recommend a 7wt rod for salmon fishing?
That roll was terrible mate, huge tail kick
why does the lake look to be muddy brown?
I hate this song
Great technique 👌
Looks like tons of fun! What was the rod and reel set up you used for the manual reeling?
I’m ya 400th like, thanks for the way to bleed them out.
Great information and well demonstrated. Thanks!
Hey man thanks so much for the awesome video what pound test do you recommend I use and what type of line
Turn off the clicker
Man that looks like a commercial fishing boat nothing else, sure it's a beautiful boat but it still looks like a fishing boat! I think there's room for another motor back there though🤪
Hi Brenden, I used to live on the street corner of your parents house in Pitt meadows back in 95 till 2000. I've noticed you've used both the 3025 destination model of kingfisher and the 3025 GTX model. I'm considering a kingfisher myself, and wondering which you prefer and why ? thanks for any input. its much appreciated.
Great video! Had my first solo salmon fishing this past weekend and will definitely take a few of this tips for the next outing. Organized chaos is a perfect description!
Looking for a calm water spot to take my daughter what would be your first three choices from all your years of experience?
Calm water you want to be inside somewhere protected. The inside of the island like Parksville would be great. Or you can do somewhere in the broken island group like Barkley Sound or Bamfield but just make sure they are fishing on the inside at the time you choose to go.
Looks amazing. Is there a video that explains how to use the Helm Master to dock with a single engine?
That's a great idea, we will try and make that once we get it installed on ours.
@@ReelWestCoast Looking forward to it. Most helpful will be having the joystick even with a single engine. Starting to look into Helm Master, I see that it can come with increasingly greater capabilities, with the top level having the joystick.
thats one beautiful boat. Are you trading up Brenden. ? whats the price range on this ?
Man, I don't get your style at all. I grew up trolling on BC lakes with my dad, who fished all his life across the country, and he trolled with his fly rod all the time while I preferred a conventional trolling rig. He would never reel a fish in on a flyrod because the entire point is to pull the line with your hand. The only purpose of the reel on a flyrod is to wind it all back up when your done using it.
