    Hi BM Enjoy every single one of your videos. You are living the dream. I wish I could troll around by myself with 2 balls down like you do in your Kingfisher. Unfortunately without the luxury of auto pilot and or a rear helm controls it aint happening.

    Was wondering what weight of jig to use for different depths? Like 2 ounce to a certain depth ? Then go to 3 or 4 ounce for deeper depth. Having a hard time finding info on that. Thanks

    All the GPS holding is called Dynamic Positioning and requires 2 thrusters/outboards/screws. The rest of the functions for heading, course, and even following a planned track can be done with single screw/outboard. I have it on my boat connected to my lowrance plotter. Its called outboard pilot. Great systems

    Great video! But I’m wondering where you had heard that the US clips 100% of our fish. WA state clips 25% when fully staffed. It’s usually less due to a lack of labor.

    Hi Brenden, I used to live on the street corner of your parents house in Pitt meadows back in 95 till 2000. I've noticed you've used both the 3025 destination model of kingfisher and the 3025 GTX model. I'm considering a kingfisher myself, and wondering which you prefer and why ? thanks for any input. its much appreciated.

    Looking for a calm water spot to take my daughter what would be your first three choices from all your years of experience?

  • @ReelWestCoast
    @ReelWestCoastАй бұрын

    Calm water you want to be inside somewhere protected. The inside of the island like Parksville would be great. Or you can do somewhere in the broken island group like Barkley Sound or Bamfield but just make sure they are fishing on the inside at the time you choose to go.

    @@ReelWestCoast Looking forward to it. Most helpful will be having the joystick even with a single engine. Starting to look into Helm Master, I see that it can come with increasingly greater capabilities, with the top level having the joystick.

    Man, I don't get your style at all. I grew up trolling on BC lakes with my dad, who fished all his life across the country, and he trolled with his fly rod all the time while I preferred a conventional trolling rig. He would never reel a fish in on a flyrod because the entire point is to pull the line with your hand. The only purpose of the reel on a flyrod is to wind it all back up when your done using it.
