  this Glitch uccurs seemingly at random wenether A-200' is ready to despawn, it basically triggers A-200`s spawn cue again(but a bit pinkish, for some reason) has well has spawn A-60' and then your almost instantly kicked because the anticheat gets activated (probably by A-60' opening the Door while the spawn cue is happening/A-200 spawning and the door being opened at the same time)
