When upping the power,, its wise to increase speed with similar load so that the torque load isn't that much higher. RPM is easier on drive train than lb. ft. of torque.
A very nice 9000!
Thank you!
I had a Ford 9000 toy tractor when i was a kid. Great memories and they are awesome tractors as well!!
Yes they are! The Ford 8/9000 and 86/9600 are my favorite tractors. I grew up with them on our farm.
Nice planter but not closing very well
Brand new planter getting it dialed in it has no closing wheels on it in this video.
Been a while, good to get a video from you. Hope there is a longer version of this one? Tillage videos are about my favorite. Those Degelman Pro Tills are about the best speed discs out there. 😊👍🏻👌🏻
Thanks Scott, I might be able to make a longer version but didn't get a lot of footage of them all running.
very relaxing Cool enjoyable 😎
I find farming therapeutic. 😇
👍👍👍
It looks good but it needs a Case tractor pulling it .
Impresionante me gustaría saber cuántas hectáreas siembra x dia
Allis Chalmers 👍
Where do you find parts for these old plows?
Depends on what you are looking for a lot of these older plows have parts that you can use several different brands for.
Wow!!!! That’s huge happy farming from California
Holy wide not kinze tho😢
Does JD come out to repair and replace seed baskets/rollers etc… Seems like that could take all off season to repair and maintain
Haha, No JD doesn't come out and I believe the maintenence is relatively low.
Pretty blue gear! New Holland with the rear tracks is a good look. Do people like that setup? Never run one but it seems like a good option. Monosem planters were definitely good planters. Now JD owned right? Not a high-speed rig (at least not the older ones), but very good planters otherwise.
This farm does really like this planting set up with the T8.410 Smartrax and Monosem planter. Correct not a high speed this is a twin row planter though and yes Monosem was bought by John Deere.
How meny tubes of grease lol
It would take a couple!
@@MichiganFarmPhotos who’s rig was that
Sorry, I do not share farm names.
We had a 12 row.... thats 4 12 rows.... Good god....
It's a beast!
John deere
Agricultural machinery is a vital tool for enhancing food security, reducing poverty and improving livelihoods of millions of people around the world.😊🥰☘️
I will proudly drive John Deere Green all day long!
That is a krone big x
Yes!! Good catch can't belive nobody caught that before. Fixed now thank you
But pretty much every
John deere
This tractor is the ultimate beast for field work when it's on Smart Trax.
Show the engine.
They did not allow me up on the engine platform all I know is it has the Cursor 16 engine and its inline with the rotors
Sweet short! Are you guys actually planting right now or is this old footage?
Old footage, this is actually from 2021
That's a combine!! Wow!
Should be a very impressive unit!
Serious monster right there. Beautiful machine!!!
It is a beast I can't wait to see it in the field
Great Video, These have got to be my favourite machines, thanks for sharing
Thank you for watching and commenting!
Has the drive train also been adapted to the higher demands? The triples look very good. The Low Sidewall (LSW) 1400/30R46 tires could also be an alternative to protect the ground. Thanks for sharing.
Stock drive train, the owner knows those tractors very well and doesn't abuse it and it has held together very well so far. LSW's are cool and great for compaction but triples just look so mean!
Case ih and Deere
Awesome 4WD to tile plow with.
I can do WITHOUT THE STUPID CRAP "MUSIC "
Noted thank you
what is row space?
The only blue planter I knew before now was Kinze. Looks like a nice one!!
Monosem used to be built in Michigan and were a popular planter.
Get'er done!!!
Never seen wheel covers on a tractor before
Whatever color gets the job done.
Very cool video.. love farm life
Thank you!
It is an impressive loading machine but it is more efficient loading from the harvester on to trucks then trucking the loads to the beet handling facility.
Less compaction with the trucks on the road, but yes it would be more efficient loading direct to a truck.
Less mud on the roads and compaction in the fields this way. Not holding up the harvest operation for trucks to come. Lower labour requirements. Cleaner beets going to the factory. Lots of positive reasons for this system.
😃👍👍👍👍
👍🏻🤙🏻😊
That beat loader is amazing! That's got to save a lot of time and a lot of product. Pretty cool.
And it cleans the beets so these trucks have no tare dirt coming back and keeps all the trucks out of the field. Big game changer in sugar beet harvesting.
I am operating one every winter here in Germany Nice to see one in the U S. A very effective machine.
They have really changed the sugar beet harvest here in Michigan! Between the harvesters and the Maus they changed everything.
If only Deere would've had the engineer that Kinze had for this repower, they would've had a lot nicer-looking 60 & 70 series. To me, those series never fit in the JD line-up in that era, but this one DOES. Excellent job Kinze...the hood, grill and front light bezel looks like it's supposed to for that era of Deere.
I would agree with you on that!
The guy that built these for Jon was my dad he had the reporter shop and he didn’t go to high school much less being an engineer
@@stanspaid632unreal! your father sounds like an amazing guy. Remarkable.
Looks like the center of the planter is trenching really badly.
The one field in the video was very soft, and the wheels were cutting in pretty deep.

Una domanda: quando trona dietro, rovina il seminato?
You’re like Mike Less 2.0! Nice editing, awesome photography. I love hearing machinery sounds, even though I know it’s very time-consuming to edit that in. Extra cool. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Thank you! I'm friends with Mike that's a great compliment he's a great content creator. Yes adding the sound is a bit of work but very worth it
How about eliminating the farmer poem at the start of each video. Although very appropriate, it has gotten enough play.
Thank you for watching, and for your comment. The first minute is a pre-made intro video, just like in the past every video has the same intro.
