If I may offer some opinion, it seems to me like you focus too much on the echoes and background choirs. It makes it a bit flavourless, in a sense that it does not really build up to anything. The Tzeenzch anthem is still my favourite (I'm confident I have like 7 hours of it listened), and it always comes to that punchy part and the strong female (I think) voice, and the easternish *poing, poing poing* on some string instrument (I'm sorry, I'm not a native English speaker, nor an active composer). And that feels very dynamic. As if great magic and power has started moving in the ether, and you are ascending to the mastery of the arcane. The Emperor is not just the splendour and regnum. I hear some horns and deep choirs, which would signify his grand purpose and the millenia of wisdom, and his steps throughout our entire history. But he's also a mighty warlord, and a terrifying beast of battle. Which could use some heavy drums, unified, short, powerful battle cries of armies and ominous, but exciting warhorns. But as I said, I have never actively composed. I don't know how you work, and I don't want to insult your craft.
