Por 340.000 $ qué menos que el parqueadero o garaje estuviera integrado en los bajos del edificio y pudieras acceder desde la plaza de garaje a tu vivienda por un ascensor y viceversa. Porque ese servicio se supone que debería tenerlo una vivienda de lujo. El sol estropea la pintura, la decolora, la desgasta, se la come. Lo mismo ocurre con los plásticos del vehículo si no lo estacionas a cubierto del sol, los deforma, pierden el color también. El cristal del vehículo hace efecto lupa y calienta en exceso el interior, plásticos etc. La lluvia también perjudica al coche, oxida la chapa. Por no hablar de actos de vandalismo... rayones, etc. Una vivienda de lujo no puede tener el parqueo a 100 metros de la vivienda.
