  Yes if you have learner permit licence You can drive with full licence holder But you must need to take few lessons with instructor for safety Thank you 🙏

  I cant tell you how many people mess this up royally in my area. Theres a specific 2-3 turn with a quick merge. The 3rd outside lane exits for the fastfood on the corner. They will 2nd lane to 3rd just merge back or even try and stay 2nd into 2nd. Nope not today buddy im getting donuts at the next, next road lol
