I have taken my family on a lot of adventures over the years including camping, road trips, theme parks, National parks, cruises, overloading and more. I have had so many people ask me for tips, advice, ideas and to even help them plan their own adventures. So I decided to create a channel where I can share our adventures, review places we have been, talk about tips and tricks for different types of adventures and review gear and equipment that we use for our adventures. Adventure awaits! I hope this channel helps you to Go 4 It!

Where did you find the carpet to match exactly?
I live in Canada and bought it at a store called Canadian Tire. It’s a big chain store up here. You could probably find a similar product at auto parts store in the states as well as long as your carpet is black. If it’s not it will be much harder to get.
Could you share a template? Looks great!
Yes. I plan on doing so. It’s been a crazy summer and I haven’t gotten around to it and right now I am out of town for a few weeks but I will post it when I can. Thanks for your comment.
I bought a platform exactly like this off a guy on the jl Wrangler forum about a year and a half ago. I think his step dad who was a retired wood worker would make it. Looked exactly like this. Very nice
@@jmarxful Yeah. I have seen one other platform that is similar to mine. The uneven floor is a problem that a lot of people have come up with ideas to solve. Thanks for your comment!! I appreciate it.
Cool! Nice video😊
Thanks Moonsun!!
Here is the link to the Delorean Time Rentals website. deloreantimerentals.ca/?fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTAAAR1jJRsNKUqVe1S22ooKTROZt1Y0dVlKnsPP2Ajm1SNjgGeiAh2IK6FCYlc_aem_AcDrqJz4WttfHobFC5fOfQ
Is there a price rate on these rental?
those all look so yummy great video!
@@onlyherefordnp Thanks. To be honest every treat we had was good. These were just my favorites and they were all so good!!
They all look amazing. I agree that Dole Whips are amazing. They are so good!!
There is a reason they are one of my favourites!
Goose Edwards? Any relationship to Anthony Edwards? Top gun all the way!
Nothing like going to Ottawa to say hi to our tax dollars 🫤
Yeah. I can’t say that I thrilled with how some of our tax dollars are being spent. But there are a lot of things to celebrate about Canada!!
Can you share the dimensions?
Thank you for your interest. I can share the dimensions. Unfortunately I am out of town right now but I will publish a video in the next couple of weeks with dimensions and I am also planning on building a drawer for it and will include that as well.
Can you share the dimensions?
Did you all have Genie +?
No we didn’t have genie plus. That’s why we started the day doing several rides while the park wasn’t as full and then we switched to all the Pixar fest activities during the late morning and early afternoon.
Free Palestine!
😮
Nice job Sir! Which storage cabinets did you get for the spaces under the floor?
Thank you sop much I appreciate that. For now I just bought a 5"" tall storage bin that fits nicely underneath the false floor. But I am in the process of designing a drawer that I am planning to build at some point this summer that will fit perfectly. I am going to make it so that I can remove it easily so that I can fit larger items if necessary and if I need to access the under floor storage cubby.
Its cool to see you having such a great trip with your daughter!! Looks like you guys had an amazing time.
Thanks. I love travelling with my girls!!
That's a nice build. Simple and yet functional.
Thank you! I appreciate that.
Looks like a great place to explore!
Yeah. It is definitely beautiful up there and there are great roads and trails for all skill levels. I am looking forward to heading up to the West Harrison area again soon.
A great trip indeed. I watched Ridgeline Overlanding’s video a couple months go. Nice to watch the trip thru a different lens.
Yeah, it is definitely pretty cool to be doing this kind of thing with Jason from Ridgeline Overlanding! We both started getting into overloading around the same time and both of us decided to start KZread channels at the same time. We are both learning this stuff together and have our own distinct styles.
Looks good. I don't have a 4Xe let alone a JL. Just purchased an 18 JKU and just looking at various ideas. I'm in the middle of cutting up a way smaller platform to go over my seats when folded down, for the dog to have a spot without accidentally getting his paws trapped by any weird spaces. My trunk area is covered by a diabolical slipstream. I think it would be cool if you posted a template or made it where some one could reach out and order a template for a fair price. Other than that good job. I think I would have got annoyed by that hump also.
Thanks for your input. I have considered selling plans or taking orders and building them for anyone who wants one for a price of course. I think that a platform like this can be useful for non 4xe owners as well and could be adapted to accommodate a drawer system, slide outs for a cooler, fridge, storage bins or whatever. There is also the added benefit of hidden storage that is not visible from outside which would be especially beneficial for soft top owners. I will see what I can come up with.
That sounds good. I hope you are able to get it done it would be awesome.
This is great Kurt. It looks like it was meant to be there
Thanks!! That was the goal. I am glad it turned out so well.
@jaystevens too funny! I was just trying to make myself useful. Kurt had a back injury from a recent mountain bike ride we did q few days prior, so I figured it better to do the work at my place with a clean garage, a pop-up tent, and me to help spot him as necessary. His back held up great, so i got to play camera man and narrator.
Thanks Jason. Having you there made a big difference. Knowing I had help with the big cuts helped me not worry about my sore back and having you take care of some of the video allowed me to tinker without having to worry about the camera.
@@Go4It123 Jason has built his share of tire-well sub boxes, so this kind of work was well within his wheelhouse too.
Nice work Kurt! (Jason did ok too LOL). A lot of good examples on KZread of how not to build a false floor, so it’s nice to actually see some good workmanship!
Thanks. I appreciate that. A lot of thought went into the design and I am really happy it turned out.
