  Yes headlight is bad. One should plan on replacing the brakes with larger rotors and quality dual piston hydrailic brakes. Stock brakes dont hold pressure.

  I got this, but they only do 28mph now. The rear shock does not function so I may need to get a suspension seat post. Apparently the sleeve nuts on the shock armature are too short to allow movement...

  Hello, the speed will change according to the person's weight, battery condition, road conditions and weather! When the battery is fully charged, try idling the tires to see if you can reach 35MPH.
