  I'm confused, ist there really a full game remake from 2017?? I Just know the remake from year 2023. And who is the lady talking to Hacker? In my Steam Version from 2023 there is not such a person (i play on default difficulty).

  I honestly love both, demo is more scary, moody, sci-fi horror, the actual game is more action packed, looks a little bit more lively and fun, and I believe I know why they did it, to be honest playing the game has been a challenge, I am always unnerved and twitchy, I am always nervous and scared and just weirded out by the mood, and that's considering this is the light version of it, I don't think such a bigger audience would stand the incredibly depressing dark mood for the entire game, at one point the game gets to ya and makes ya feel lonely and lost, it's a medal to be able to produce those feelings but I feel the actual game is a good mix between fun and horror that made me push through the entire game, instead of always feeling like I wanna stop playing like SS2 did for me.

  of course the rtx 4080 looks more vivid and contrasting but you gonna know that it costs over 1k and while ps5 only costs around 500. So yeah, you can't really compare the 2 like this.

  Everything in 2016 looks just a little scarier than they do in Eternal, so I think I'm more into 2016's designs. Especially the Summoner. She looks SO much cooler than the Arch-Vile.

  I noticed the same "Hero lighting" from Horizon Zero Dawn on Snake's model. That, coupled with the lack of color filter makes this looks odd. Very impressed regardless and I can't wait to get my hands on it

  Best thing as far as Remake is concerned is the changes in the story and well improved gameplay mechanics. But i can say still i fear to play original more than Remake. There are certain reasons for it. Story: Base of the story is same in both, however, there is some priorities given to certain characters and nerfed some characters in remake. For instance, Ashley is more smarter in remake than original which makes players more relaxed, Luis character was given extraordinary preference, his death was so emotional in remake, than original, this is where remake scores lot. Ada in main game doesn't made an impact, but Separate ways, it was huge thumbs up. In original there will be more connective conversation between Saddler and Leon, it was cut, also in original, Ada and Krauser will have secret dealing, in remake it was also cut. Salazar's appearance in Original was extraordinary, but i didn't like the appearance in remake, that was disappointment. Also good thing is some certain things missing in original like Gondola, Laser room & U3 boss were included in SW remake. Last but not least, the Novistador insects were prioritize more scenes in remake than original. It comes along with saddler in climax both main game and separate ways. Gameplay: Gameplay mechanics was much improved and best than original. Especially Parrying system, though it sounds fun, like parrying against chainsaw doods, it was so nice. Storage system and merchant requests was nice addition. Only disappointment is no PRL laser, it should've been added, also nerfing Handcannon and Chicago sweeper is big disappointment. Other than this, overall everything nice in remake.
