  The method is usually to use the linear equation to make one variable the subject, then to substitute it in the quadratic, and then solve the quadratic....so often worth several marks in an exam.

  My mom said I have to learn things incase I don't have a calculator. I think it's more common for people to have their phone on them which is a calculator than to have a pencil and paper on them as well as a flat surface to write all of this on and the time it takes to do it. Honestly in the real world, Lattice Multiplication is outdated. I call it the "Dinosaur" or multiplication.

  I'll be using this method moving forward in life... I used to just say what's 4308 × 100? 430800 and then i multiply standardly 4308 × 9 and get some answer A now i have: 430800 - A = 4308 × 91
