  i might be able to help you, i think what he did was when that button is pressed, some sort of poison is driven into the body, definitely by a liquid valve in the mechanics section, and for the trap door he probably used a fuse that popped allowing the two doors to fall. Hope this helps!

  @@kingandreussaldua425 thats why i stated the liquid valve, by attaching a liquid wire thing if the valve is 'OPEN' so it will go through but if it is 'CLOSED' the liquid will not go through. I can make a small video demonstration to show you. 👍

  At the back side of the human, there is a rotor where it’s connected with fixed cables to its head and body. If you look closely you can see where they are connected. I used other cables to cover it up but to put it simply, the rotor rips the human’s head off.

  You need to edit layers, in this gallows I made the wooden pole's layer more in front than the liquid dispenser. Hope this helped.@@cortexradio
