The audio is muffled or something. Nice effort with just guitars and a drum kit.

God he still sounds great. One of the best lyricists of all time. And one of my absolute favorites. I had all of his "vinyl" back in the day LOL. Keep doing it, Jackson. You are a source of hope and pride for those of us who have shifted to the1 margins of the world we used to own.

Approximately 52 years ago, I got to see Jackson Browne open for Joni Mitchell. Each of them simply sat at a grand piano in a 3,000-seat auditorium and played and sang. It was a religious experience. Very happy I got to see him once more back in 2011.

Greg Leisz is talented on his own. David Lindley was sick at this time, but hadn’t played with JB for some years. He had his own band. JB always said he hired the best musicians he could afford. His bands are always great.

Thank you for posting this. So good to see Stephen and Neil together on stage. That song just soothes me. I generally like where I live, here in the Philly metro. Lots of great music here, but I'm often jealous of the concerts and events that you get out there in LA.

I know what you mean. I'm from upstate NY originally. Now in OR but had to fly down for this. But like Portland, Philly at least has Sofar Sounds events... pretty cool thing they got going for newer/unknown artists. Secret locations/artists in intimate spaces. (Last one I went to was byob in a linen store).
