  Woooo. Waaay to fast for a senior to start with too easy to twist a weak knee or ankle trying to figure out the quick move changes. Do it the class slower and then the individual that is capable can go faster and do an extra set. If you slow down while watching the video you are always behind just as you figure it out he has done two extra moves. I was getting confused where your arms should be feet should be how to relearn the steps to the grapevine or I look down and we have switched sides. I have even done this class for a couple of years at the y before Covid and I can’t keep up and feel confused on what I should be doing next. If you are home alone you don’t want to try again. At a class you can watch the person beside you or in front to get back on track while still glancing at your feet and arms to get them in the correct position. Discouraging.

  Hi. Wondering post visit Houston Texas and Westheimer street the abd with Sauna and Pool area and with Holiday inn Sheraton hotels and Best Westin. The and Houston Texas area.   Alicia is a natural born yoga instructor at this YMCA!! I have taken her classes for 3 years and it has made all the difference in my life... physical gains and mental health improvements galore! She alone is worth the monthly membership fee 😍 Namaste & thank you Alicia 🧘‍♀️

  This would be ok except the sound is absolutely dreadful, so much echo and she speaks so fast you can only understand a word here or there to get an idea of what to do....way too much echo, or maybe if she spoke quieter there would be less echo swallowing the words?
