Thank you very much. I did same and according to a lot of other similar video, I left my plastic on the wet painted canvas until it dried, then tried to remove the plastic after a day. To my disappointment the plastic was completely stuck to the paint and canvas and would not come of. So had to throw my whole canvas. I tried so hard to let the plastic come of that it the whole paint came off and I was left with a white canvas in some parts.....😰😩

Thumbs down. Either OP is making clickbait paint stencil shorts or is totally ignorant of what an actual cyanotype is!

😱😍 ok I'm one of those artists that has basically tried every art form/style (except a few) because I LOVE to experience the different processes and also how I can try out my personal style into each project and I have to say......DANG IT 😂 if I'm not about to try something like this! 😍🥰❤

Great idea for upcycling old prints/paintings! Can I strongly advise, with no judgement and only in a positive way, please do not spray paint thinners when you have a young child in the room. The hydrocarbon is extremely harmful to young lungs. Wishing you health and happiness ❤

I’ve billed myself as a “self taught idiot of the easel.” I create in waves, so I need the vibe. Does that make me less of an artist than my trained friend who has a three bedroom house, full basement full of his work, plus storage units? I don’t think so and neither does he. I deduced art can be a verb, as what matters is creating it.

Love your technique! I already painted a black background with a white moon but knew I needed to somehow get it to "glow." I'm going to let it dry and repaint it the way you demonstrated. I think I'm going to make the stars and rim with glow in the dark paint. Thanks for the great tips!!
