As a 2nd year law student, I am genuinely concerned about the NICHE that I would be in for my entire life as a legal graduate. But, here is what I am stuck on and find it difficult to figure out the different paths that a law student should look upon, apart from the usual advocate, judge, law professor and so on. I believe that there are multiple new legal fields and we are NOT aware of them. If you could help us identify those options for further legal graduates.
Thanks for the suggestion. This is definitely something that needs to be explored!
This is a very interesting and important point that should be considered by all law students. Well said!
Totally agree Hon Shaveen! I wish if you were my tutor from foundation level...Super intuitive...Keep building great minds...You are a Blessing to mankind and especially for those in pursuit of the legal profession...❤❤❤
Well…I don’t like to be mean in comments but this video was 10 minutes of hot air. I learnt nothing.
Memorizing is indeed a fallacy and I am glad that reference is made to theorizing your studies. An excellent video which succinctly describes the path a law student should take. Undoubtedly a must-watch.
Thank you sir
This video has enabled me to see a broader range of opportunities available to a law graduate. In fact, it is quite vast.Thank you Shaveen for helping me widen my outlook on what I can do with a law degree.❤❤❤
This is nothing but the truth and therefore an eye-opener. Listen to this carefully as it would carve out the opportunities that are available for students in law. This explains what is not taught or told in many institutions. Well said.
It not tolerated it’s targeted and become more prevalent and now it’s become predictable
Idiots
Well said and sound advice for all law students. Early decisions do matter.
Thank you 😊
Here
Me in my second year "W-what have I done?"
A very important video for all law students, which is an eye-opener to consider their future goals. Excellent!
thanks so much your guidance is very clear there is clarity and i can understand much better know sir
At this point this is not a joke no one can come and say this was a joke I was just kidding way too many times and my son I’m sure will never be the same ! I took me stepping in and watch it all unfold politically deranged people and idiots!
If my sons can catch the string of responses then I should be questioning why full grown so called professionals are not . I want a lawyer I’ve committed no crime and there will be restitution! You don’t get to beat on my son and have him cornered and then try to do the same to me I’m putting out there so the world can see what was done !
And just to clarify once more I’m Mexican not Jewish not a Hebrew I don’t need that being propagated at all. That is also unlawful to push your creation on a map (1709) on a piece of land on other peoples whom have and continue to live righteously! You have to respect ✊ others beliefs and their attainment of spiritual beliefs in a way that befits their birth origin and upbringing! Hebrew is a language and Israel is a country.
They are omitting beacuse it’s not in their best interests to show the public their ignorance and error. Then they tried to cover it up by false accusations false arrests intimidation and now physical harm putting in the way the very repulsive people that cause the harm and abuse of the loophole with asett forfeiture- if I’ve committed no crime I shroud not be loosing my belongings or vehicles for years now!!!

Superb analogy. Cannot think of a better way of explaining how to achieve your objective. Extremely interesting and this is indeed a must-watch.
Generative AI is joining the legal profession and we have an example, as Lawbotpro, an Ai tool for research created by a Supreme court Advocate for Indian Law. But we as students, are only stuck with being an advocate or a judge and so on. And the near future may have potential options apart from the present day jobs in the legal field. Please make a video, if possible, that may help us look into what can actually be done with AI in our Law career
What a wonderful analogy comparing the construction of a home and formulating a first class answer! Foundation: What to incorporate in answer; What to leave out? Superstructure: Application of the law to the question; Use of the IRAC method, etc. Embellishment: case law, statutes & argument In order to write a first class snswer, one has to see himself or herself as an architect designing a blueprint! Thank you, Shaveen, for this fascinating concept. ❤❤❤
I want to know more case law
FYI I’m no tan actor I’m not a prostitute I’m not in contract with Fox Sports or News there is not reason for the tracking of my phone number my assets my children and I am absolutely not gay idc.
Really good 😊
How about lesson on LAW AND CORPORATE GOVERNANCE? Could you please explain to us on this topic
This was amazing !thank you
Studied business law and mercantile law, both subjects were interesting in management sciences! Used to make and study reports and parawise comments of legal cases of the high court and the supreme court too, when I was in the civil secretariat!
Im in Malaysia. But Qualifying Work Experience can only be signed by Solicitors of England and Wales. So even I passed SQE1&2 I still can’t get recognised by SRA?
Absolutely correct. Times have changed. Law students will have to carefully decide on their career paths well before they complete their studies. Consultations would be a must. Well said.
❤
Thank you sir
if a boy kills a girl and there's finger prints & blood staind hand, It's a murder right. Then can we take these two as Expert evidence? What are the sections Can you give us? Sections on evidence ordinance. Murder exact section on Criminal procedure act. Please ... I already found on Penal Code that 294😊
Avoid the two extremes when answering problem questions: Avoid being too vague or going too deep into an issue without looking at the big picture scenario. Remember the 'Goldilocks Zone'. Not too cold and not too hot, but just right! In other words, 'A balanced approach.' Transfer the concept to the examination setting - Neither should I be too vague nor too specific, but be just right! A handy tool for me! Great! 👏Thank you, Shaveen! ❤❤❤
Thanks for these techniques. Certainly helps 😊
Great video so far, just noticed a mistake with the Huth v Huth case- courts in fact held a defamatory statement couldn't be found
A very important point has been discussed and analyzed in the most simplified manner. Exceptional articulation!
The claimed didn’t get dismissed.
criminal law, please!!!!
This would be a valuable insight for everyone involved in legal education and career Shaveen! Thanks for sharing this.
This i very clear and helpful thankyou
wonder when these law professionals will discuss the fact civil and property law is subject to the dominion of the monarchy as a common law tenure interest. ignoring the foundations is destroying democracy, equity is nothing more than a settlement subject to a trust, every subject takes property subject to the tenure creating a life estate, a Cestui Que Use. sadly the lawyers ignore this issue, seems the political causes of the statute of uses as written by Holdsworth is spot on, the issue is the lawyer's ignorance of the whole.
Superb analysis. Excellent guidance. I hope Law students will follow these. It is indeed a great opportunity for all of them.
Can advise me and explain prelaw
I like to know about pre law
