Such a basic and very poor level... Uechi-ryu does not use 'kiai... Everything is going wrong. It's embarrassing. Uechi ryu ISN'T a sport!!!

Great to see so many women training in karate, I do hope you ladies receive your black belts, and teach other females, as karate is excellent for us girls especially for self defence, probably against a male attacker ! as we would have the element of surprise, using devastating punches, strikes and kicks with incredibly powerful lethal force from different angles with speed and accuracy to a mans vulnerable areas subduing him in seconds, all women should take up karate, don’t you agree ? more karate videos please ladies oss

Two beautiful young lady karate black belts, showing the men what we are capable of, karate is an excellent way to get fit, stay fit and of course for a woman perfect for self defence, us female karateka would have the element of surprise if any man was foolish enough to dare us, I don’t tell anyone outside of my dojo that I’m a karate black belt and Sensei !

Vjerojatno sam tisućama puta pogledao razna videa sa ovim nevjerojatnim vještinama i svaki puta me ostavi bez teksta njihovo savršenstvo. Također je fascinantan suživot Kineza sa njima i kako ih oni žive te kako su one dijelom njih. Puno hvala na odličnom videu u što ste nam još malo približili prekrasnu Kinu i ovu jedinstvenu vještinu. 🙏

Dobra izvedba dal je taci chi dobro vjezbati kad bude toplije na zemlji cak bos jer tako covjek se bolje opusti od ciste zemlje dobiva energiju

Da, to je pitanje koje se često nameće. Svakako je bolje trenirati bos jer je onda bolja veza između vježbača i energije Zemlje. Problem je u tome što danas treniramo na mnogim umjetnim podlogama i onda koristimo tenisice iz nužne zaštite. Hvala na pitanju.

I don't know what bluebelt is under this ranking system or if it's just a junior ranking system. Assuming it's an intermediate rank I would've liked to see more precision, more strength and most importantly more flow in her kata. She had good mental focus but her physical form needs imiprovement.
