  Cmas are meant for more of a sanitizer application rather than a actual dishwasher they do not provide enough power in my experience.

  Are we supposed to sanitize immediately after rinsing while the surface is still wet, or do we dry the surface, and then sanitize?

  Late reply by five months but I would check the float switch and the high temperature sensor works.

  What kind fo cloth should be used in each step? Simple microfiber?

  The Dixie wipes from GP are the ones I use, but if the microfiber are colored and or managed properly they can be used also. The reason I like the Dixie ones is they are easy to keep and rinse out to be reused daily, and the Hydro-spun Poly-filament material actually helps to push the sanitizer onto the surface and not wick it off like most bar mops and microfiber materials have the tendency to do.   Should I use a packet after each use on my griddle or are those packets used for deep cleaning? Also should I season the griddle after using?

  The packets are for daily use and the griddle should always be seasoned after the cleaning.
