the crossing has NO Low Ground Clearance warning signs! Many vehicles had gotten trapped on this very humped crossing before the April 2019 crash seen in this video. There were 29 cows in the trailer and all ended up dead. A railroad employee had stopped at the crossing when he saw the trapped tractor-trailer BUT failed to call Dispatch! The train crew saw the trapped truck, but not soon enough to stop before hitting it. No low ground clearance vehicles should ever use this crossing in Putnam County, Ohio. Simply put, it is a Death Trap. The county should install NO TRUCKS signs on both approaches to the crossing. The east side of the crossing approach could be elevated by the county. The west side can't be elevated because it is only about 35 feet from the track to a state highway and a Stop sign. Yes, Death Trap!

That point officer should have some strong words for the supercop who jumped out fresh on the scene and grabbed a man for no crime. His stupid butt put all lives at risk. But if these victims of police crime plead not guilty and fight this through i smell a nice lawsuit. Great job supercop. Need your name and badge number. The cop needs better training. Shannon Place needs a better work out plan she is completely out of breath. Not even the video shows assault on a peace officer. If this is assault then the word assault lost it's meaning.
