Hey TJ are you ever coming back to do videos in Westchester County NY or the Bronx? Maybe one day you should do a video on the new elevators in Co-Op City in the Bronx. They’re very nice!
I actually have never been to NY and I don't know if I ever will get there but it does sound like an adventure.
@@TJElevatorfan oh gotcha, I think it was Diesel Ducy that did the White Plains NY elevators a long time ago, I could have sworn you did a video here as well🤔
No it wasn't me
I always imagined it more closed in, almost like a cave.
Andy actually shared a video that he had done about this kzread.info/dash/bejne/gYhkmtuFlpCTeKQ.htmlsi=6NUjxunjyZJcpH2j
I thought exterior corridor Hamptons are no longer in fashion.
Mostly the exterior corridors are being phased out of the Hampton brand but I think they allow this one because it is also indoor corridor as well and it is near a beach.
@@TJElevatorfan That explains it.
So why did Sonesta buy this hotel and slap their name on it? New Courtyard opened down the street?
Marriott is selling some of the old buildings of their brands as they are in the process of updating the look and layouts of some of their brands. In come cases it is easier to build a new building to cover all the changes to the brand. Other hotel brands like Sonesta will buy the old buildings and renovate them to suit their needs. It is a way to expand their brand without a cost of a new building.
@@TJElevatorfan True.
cool
🛗 elevators are awesome machines
Just like Jacksonville, Florida
Love those chimes.
Beautiful startup
This is fantastic, TJ! I'm happy you finally got to make it happen!
have you thought showing the man powered elevators? JohnElevatorFan has done that Before
Yes, I have been on some of the videos I have filmed recently. I haven't on all of them but some of them I do. Thanks for suggestion and also for watching.
so are you by yourself now? congratulations! sorry about your deceased family members tho
I started filming the elevators again so mom is respecting my new format. It is hard losing the ones we have lost in our family but I still have uncles and aunt but most of all I know God is right here with us as well.
Room 314 Tour 2:43
Wonderful restoration !!! Must see for everyone ........
Room 221 Tour 1:51
Earth is a beautiful planet
My favorite elevator
🙂👍⚘️⚘️⚘️
Such a beautiful place!
It would have been nice to have some narration, especially of the signs.
Nice
Congratulations on 17k subscribers
Thanks! 😃
Nice
Sup TJ!
Awesome! Happy Independence Day to you
Same to you!
Awesome
We all know and love love these fixtures. Too bad it’s rare nowadays
Awesome
You can thank Biden and the economy
These are pretty nice! I recently filmed Otis elevators myself.
I would like to pay a visit to this hotel some day. I wonder if they updated their elevators. I thought that the elevators were more faster.
Dover is ny favorite elevator brand!
These are pretty nice.
Nice
I used to ride those Dover elevators when it was a Holiday Inn Express! But all those mods changed everything.
Jacksonville! Love this town because it's near a Marine Corps base!
That scroll effect is actually the camera's frame rate
Good morning! super,veryy nice trip-
Thanks for visiting
Nice looking breakfast! I last stayed in a Hampton Inn in 2015 (Princeton, WV) and it was delicious. Looks like it's even been expanded since. Lemony waffles, grapes? Yummy!
This is both Hampton Inn & Home2 breakfast in one area. Most dual (hybrid) hotels that I have seen have separate breakfast areas for each brand but this particular one decided to combine the breakfast area with both brands' food options.
Abell: *door operator screaming* Me: That's what I like to hear!
What brand?
I believe it is a Montgomery Elevator
@@TJElevatorfan Looks too new to be a Montgomery.
I believe these are Montgomery Series A fixtures.
Typical Abell. Screaming doors on Abells like this one is very common.
Endura MRL.
Nice
i stayed here not too long ago, it's a pretty nice looking place.
It really is!
These newer TK’s are epic!
