I don't understand why there are people out there who believe that they're the smartest people in the world simply because they went to college. Forrest Gump went through school, through college, and got into the military, yet he admits that he's dumb (at least he's lovable). I haven't gone to college, yet I'm smart enough not to talk out like this because there's always someone smarter.

A..hole distribution phenomena could easily place Jasmine right back where she was. We would not want them congregating as families. Rude, selfish, brazen, dangerous even, so would not every family want one like her? There are scenarios where she could be useful. I would love to have a big sister to keep Bobby and JR at bay. Everywhere is very dangerous, when seconds count, who can you really count on?

You just gotta love it when the fools abruptly realise they've hit a major snag and switch from "You're useless, get lost" to "come back and pay for everything like you were before!" Karma tends to say, "Why? This is what you wanted. You made your bed, now I'm gonna make sure you lie in it." Ooh, karma, you still nasty

When you are working with someone new, if they are nice you will steer them away from trouble and give them tips if they are not nice you just step back and watch them sink.

After what Melody did plus her attitude, not only would most employers put her on the "Don't touch with a 10 foot barge pole" list, but they'd probably let other companies/employers in that same industry to avoid her as well

If sister desperately needed a transplant she is going to die soon. Being pregnant and then breastfeeding an infant means it will be close to two years before op could consider a transplant. Op must be in first trimester since ex didn’t realize op was pregnant. So at least 6 months of pregnancy and a year of breast feeding is how long, minimally, sis would have to wait fora kidney from op. And why isn’t sister on a donor list? If she can’t get on a list there is a good possibility it is because she is too far gone, uses drugs, or is an alcoholic. Three good reasons not to waste a kidney on her.

She should try taking her reports to a company of college grads, and see what they think. There'd be nothing left of her once they got done chewing her out.

The sad thing is, I've seen this in real life. Had a young person call and tell me that he just graduated business school and was looking for a job in management. No experience, no resume, just figured that his diploma guaranteed an instant managerial position.

Some of the most educated people I know, are so stupid. Sure, they know a lot that I don't by reading books, but usually they do not have life learned lessons and hand on experience. A few were so into themselves, they could not communicate down to regular people level and could only get along with others just like themselves. For example, my niece had married an IT guy. He was so narcissistic and seriously knew IT very well, but so well he could not teach others about how things work and teach people, because he could not talk without using high tech talk that an everyday computer user like me how to do anything. He had no people skills. It was so bad after my niece divorced him, their daughter was ruined by him as he would only allow her to act like an adult and do adult activities. (Sports not sex) His own daughter hated him and when she was 15, I think, she was old enough to never have to go to his place and she has not seen him since. He tried to use his money to control people.

Advice from someone who has been there...go for any job you can find, even if it's not your chosen field. Gain those skills that are transferable. And always ask if there's anything extra you can do. A good boss will notice and appreciate a strong work ethic. Good luck!!!

You got that right, the only difference between a college degree and toilet paper is that at least toilet paper is more useful than a college degree. Another thing, having a college degree in hand doesn't mean that you are better than those people who never went to college.

I do have a degree and it definitely got my foot in the door, but on the job learning, actual experience, and respect for what your elders in the industry can teach you is a million times more important than a piece of fancy paper. I'm proud of that degree but I hope I'm not delusional about it. Also, 100 bucks says Melody paid people to write her essays in college.
