  I did go to a chiropractor, and the essay did show a stenosis in my back, and my neck, which weren't there before. I went t him for the dizziness, but I left the practice because he told me nothing, and was hesitant to answer questions. He would consider my question, and agree with my asking it, but not answer it. I was confused, and went to my doctor to get into physical therapy, .

  Hello Dr Gregg, 15 years ago I had a double Mastoidectomy and have had no issues with Vertigo til 12 months ago. I started getting ear infections and I have ent specialist working with me to better the problem. At the same time I started a new job for which is quite physical apart from some longhaul truck driving which is usually about 24 hours driving in a 48 hour period. For 12 months I've thought it was my ears but now I'm convinced my neck may be the culprit with my vertigo. Any advice to move forward with treatment would be great.

  Hello doctor im from romania i took the covid vaccine because i was forced not directly but it was have a job or life on the street and lose everything you worked for,and for 3 years after the vacine i feel tired all the time and dizzy is it because of the vaccine,my wife feels the same after the vaccine,is there anything we can do if it is because of it

  Water gave me horrendous migraines i gained 4 pounds overnight despite a calorie deficit. Im a very small framed lady size of 7 year old on bottom and 5 year old on top. Bones stopped growing in childhood. I limit it to 1.2 litres. Tiny stomach and therefore lower water needs. Too much is not appropriate.

  You’re absolutely correct! My Physical Therapist confirmed what I already surmised about the real cause of my vertigo - in the neck area and lower head - and calledit cervical vertigo!

  I just came across this. I've had a series of odd medical issues. They discovered i have mild scoliosis. However they don't link it to any of my symptoms. Ive had backache, sciatica, pins and needles in my hands, severe burning in my left shoulder. I developed a sore throat that lasted a year. Then tinnitus with this weird light headed feeling. My neck gets stiff with it as well and i get a headache. I saw an ent specialist who said my balance was unaffected and that i had visual vertigo. Any ideas?

  1. Breathing : vagus nerve responsible for breathing. Hand on abdomen and hand on chest (seated), breath in 4 count and hold it for 4 seconds and breath out for a count of 6. Repeat cycles 5-10. Make sure your chest/abdomen move. 2. Eating: lean clean proteins and fresh fruits and vegetables. No grains (cause inflammation). Vitamin d helps with probiotic. 3. Laugh- 4. Exercise: walk. Calm and easy. 5. Meditation. Make a noise while meditating o hmm… yommm.. 6.   ive got a question, i have a rod supporting my back all the way from the bottom of my neck to above my tailbone due to scoliosis. and there are 3 screws on each side going into my pelvic bone for the rod. could i still go to a chiropractor?

  The back of my hand is numb, have had neck pain for months and now I feel the pain in the back of my arm, it all started when I woke up from what I think was a nightmare and jumped out of bed and hit the top bunk.

  I don't understand why when I'm in a sitting position (on a specific kind of chair, which is shorter) I tend to feed non-understandable feelings of mild to moderate dizziness that come from the same area you focused on at the last exercise (back of the head). and when there's pressure but in a certain way (like when put a band applied to that exact area) I feel a way better. with head massage too I may feel less tired and it gets more relived. I really don't know If I have cervical or BPPV or what? Thanks doc for these valuable techniques

  I got 3 shot of moderna. Never had dizziness or vertigo until after covid 19. I told my doctor ever since i got the vaccines i got these symptoms. I feel constant light headiness. Headaches. Unbalanced. Driving is becoming difficult. Also my ear are constantly clogged or ear infections.

  Not vertigo , but constant floating sensation… 😪😪was diagnosed with vestebular neuritis 2 years ago after suffering 2,5 years non stop (lost 2 jobs ) then was in betahistine and daily exercises for eyes , after full thyroidectomy-all symptoms went away , 2 weeks ago got sick with probably something viral and my floating sensation is back full on … it makes me so miserable. I have new job and I don’t want to loose it because I like it a lot , but this floating sensation and pain in my ear doesn’t leave me … my GP says it’s inflamed and red inside my ear … every night when I am turning in bed I have this floating as soon as I open my eyes , I did apley manoeuvre-but it doesn’t seems like it’s crystals because I am still having it . Also I have weird tinnitus and nystagmus when I move my eyes right side . 😭😭
