  This guy who wants the mother cat does not deserve her if he can't take care of the chidreen . The mother can never leave her childreen and I do not trust him . Who the hell is he to dictate terms . She does not even trust hi. To bring her kittens to him . He is no one's master .

  How about Cleopatra for the Mother cat. Depending up the sex of the kittens, maybe for females: Esmeralda, Stella, Juliet, Phoebe, Juniper, and for the males: Romeo, Van Gogh, Chase, Leonardo, or Leo, Scooter. Hope these names will help you. I usually name our cats according to personality or by habits. Hench Bandit and Tiger.

  Tbh if that man could not home the mother cat, why should he insist she stay in the streets ... it's cruel to show her the love and safety of a stable home then throw her back onto the streets

  She is safe, if you really love her you will want her to be in a home safe from cars, dogs, disease, parasites, aggressive feral cats etc. Cats are very loyal once they love and trust you. Can she live in your office ? Let her be safe, especially at night. She is very beautiful and very smart. I wish the best for her and the kind man who loves her but she needs to be safe. Sounds like some very hungry dogs are there. India? A very difficult country for all.

  It’s perfectly normal for a cat to be territorial, the way the Jasmine cat is. And if it wasn’t for the Jasmine cat, the new mom cat wouldn’t have felt the need to get territorial, herself, when it came to her kittens. Up until the Jasmine cat started to make a little noise, the mom cat had been ignoring her kittens, but, thanks to the Jasmine cat, now she is feeding them. I don’t think that you should take the Jasmine cat’s home away. That cat has been traumatized enough already.

  Some very few Cats really do not live or do well with other Cats. I believe Jasmine is one of those Cats,that would do better being an only pet in a family. Then she can have all the attention, when she wants it. Does your sister have a place to take Jasmine Cat to? If not, Then you must do what's best for all involved, & get Jasmine to a home where she will thrive, rather than exist. You will also relieve the stress Jasmine causes all the others in your sanctuary, while doing her the good deed of finding her a home that is conducive to Jasmines personality. Blessed be in all your endeavors!
