You’re becoming more comfortable being infront of the camera and posting yourself online, and actually making a change in peoples lives, which is more than I can say for a majority of the population.

Kitty isn’t silly. Knows exactly where the perfect warm spots are! You have to do regular updates on the growth of the plants, especially deep purple lol Can’t wait to see it all established and blooming
She knows all of the warm spots, shady spots, quiet spots, and the most inconvenient spots... She normally goes with inconvenient! 😆 Hopefully, if the plants grow as well as the veggies have, then they'll settle in by the next video. I also can't wait to see it blooming 😀

You need more plants my friend. At least three of the same type to get a bit of plant mass.
More plants are coming, especially in the area near the blueberry bush. I thought it best to add them over time to see what thrives and what dies, then fill in the gaps

I can't believe it's been 49 episodes already! This was as incredibly entertaining as always! It's looking fantastic and I'm really digging the wavy border, that was an excellent choice.
I also can't believe it's 49 episodes! I had to count them up twice to be certain lol. I'm also liking the wavy border now that I've gotten used to it (And now that I'm sure it isn't going to fall over...) Hopefully I can make episode 50 even more entertaining, and finish off this project in style. Wish me luck lol

Well if I made her laugh then it was probably worth working the next 2 hours with a soaking wet foot lol. My own missus wasn't around that day, but if she had been she would have reacted in a similar fashion... She would have helped me out afterwards though, by saying "Careful" which is something she probably learned from me... 😆 🤣 😂

Hi. Great video but can I ask, what was the depth and width of the holes you dug to attach the post anchors to. Also, if you had to do it again, would you stick with using post anchors or concrete the posts into the ground ?
Thanks. It was a while ago now but I think I made the holes about a foot wide by 1.5-2 ft deep. Packed down the soil and put gravel in before adding the postcrete. Nothing has moved since I did it in 2019 and there's no rot on any posts so I'd definitely use the post anchors again 👍

We had a swarm of bees a couple of weeks back, left of their own accord 24 hours later. All good work so far and looking good, thanks for the laughs.
I had a swarm of bees last year and they left after 48 hours or so. It's becoming a tradition now lol

Great video, I just put 4x4 post in the ground to create a Pergola but may need to take them out and use 6x6 instead, may I ask what the overall size of your pergola please,
Thanks 😀. From memory I think the size is 3.6m x 4.8m, and around 2.4m high. I went oversized on the timbers because I'd never done it before, but I suspect smaller sizes may have done the job too

The height of the pergola is 2.4m all the way around, but 2 posts at the back were cut shorter as they sit on top of a raised bed containing a pond. Hope this helps

Before you plant anything in there you should clean the brick of the algae. You don't want to get all done when everything looks gorgeous and have that stick out like a sore thumb and want to treat it then which can kill off your plants!!
I was considering getting the jet washer on it before I go much further, I just worry that the wall won't survive lol
@@DIWhy-ex5km you don't have to power wash it to get it clean; if you treat it with pool chemicals and let it sit on their a little while you should see it start to die off and then you can just rinse it off with the regular hose 😉
I know there's a Joshua tree, but I couldn't think of any others 🤷
