    I'm a student in Senegal and I use this solidwork software for modeling. Could you make a video on the construction of each part up to assembly. Or could you give us the measurements taken when the parts were made, so that we can remake your projects, please?

    Nice Design, how thick is the steel plate for the mold in mm?

  • @Concreteblockmachineug
    @ConcreteblockmachineugАй бұрын

    I used 4mm thick plate overall but for the sections were the bolt connections are made to the mould I used 6mm. Sure I only use mm in all the designs.

    Very interesting. When designing this unit did you size the electric motors and hydraulic pumps as well as the computer that operates the machine for each block/paver type in production? Could I take your design and make the actual maker from the design?

  • @Concreteblockmachineug
    @Concreteblockmachineug3 ай бұрын

    Hi, This 3D model can only be used for reference. The size of such a project is really big and costly, you’ll need more additional analysis and planning. But this model can help with is seeing various parts that are involved on the machine clearly and understanding how they work (basic). Unlike some of the small block machine projects on this channel, they can actually be implemented.

    Bakit yung mga briquettes na nasa picture ay may butas sa gitna, pero itong machine plane ang cylinder. But still amazing

  • @Concreteblockmachineug
    @Concreteblockmachineug6 ай бұрын

    Thanks for asking..Here is my explanation, having a hole in the briquette or not is a personal choice but briquettes with a hole happen to produce more heat because the inside surface of the hollow briquette is also burning hence producing a more even burn. In order to make briquette with a hole you need to redesign the front part of auger, you'll have a small rod which makes the hole.
