  This was and is a great game desing choice - you can choose a strong summon (making those fights much easier) or go it alone, very challenging. Elden Ring is 10/10 for me.

  I agree, even though I get annoyed sometimes, something always brings me back. I like trying to take on a boss alone a few times until I feel like I’m not making progress, and then I’ll use summons.

  something i forgot to mention. if you have the miniature ranni doll and shes stopped talking to you by this point, examine the doll 3 times while resting at the ainsel river main grace site. doing so continues her quest line, provided you have interest in it

  the mausoleums allow you to duplicate unique souls in order to get both the boss weapon and their armor set. you will have to make sure which ones you want to duplicate because i think theres 2 less mausoleums than there are unique souls. also the bell bearings expand the inventory for the shop in roundtable keep. theres pros and cons to this. on the plus side it allows you the ability to buy as many smithing stones of whatever type the bell gives as you want. on the downside the shop expansion is limited to your current playthrough. however, if you choose not to use the bells in a run they can carry over with your inventory into new game plus so you wont have to find them again that run.

  Update: My real-life job has been demanding lately, so I plan to record several videos tonight and schedule them to upload. I will finish playing Horizon Zero Dawn, record more Spiderman 2 gameplay, and create a few videos about Elden Ring. Additionally, I tried out an indie game and recorded a single video. If it does well, I will consider making more videos.
