When i hold the gadgets wheel button (rb) xbox (r1) ps, i enter in slow motion, with no hud mod installed , but i have that center blue dot.

  Super late but the best utilization of Blitz suit power is when paired with Discharge Power Cells (Perfect Dodge temporarily increases damage), Threat Sensors (Slow time after a Perfect Dodge) and Kinetic Power Cells (Increases the rate Focus regenerates) Activating Blitz immediately after a perfect dodge not only increases your damage but also increases your speed when doing webzip attacks all while the enemies have been slowed down by the threat sensor mod. And finally if your health and focus are fully charged your damage is greatly increased knocking enemies out quickly.
