  Discovery map is the link between procurement data and installation data. Software model is the Procurement data. On software model we have the related link to see the discovery maps. Please watch it again, thank you

  Data source with Lowest priority will take precedence and that will update the CI. You can watch part 2 video if you want.

  System will only focus on the lowest priority data source rather than what value is coming (better RAM size etc). If the data source with the lowest priority (ServiceNow - 100 in our case) has updated the RAM once then the precedence will always be with ServiceNow. System will not take value from any other source but ServiceNow only.

  Hi priyanshi, We have to set ignore to true in the transform script. Because we want to transform the row using the identification and reconciliation rule not by field map. When we set ignore to true row transform from field map is ignored and the row gets transformed using the script written in transform script. Hope it clear.
