  To preserve, slice and wrap in ziploc to refrigerate. It can last up to a week in the fridge and until the end of time in the freezer

  @@Shpnongsng sure you can. But ensure it’s full cream milk and don’t forget to dilute in water first. For 2tbsp of milk, you can use 5tbsp water.

  I don’t work with cups for most pastries so I have never paid much attention to conversion. There are lots of grams to ML conversion on google that you can use tho.
