Honestly, it's getting to the point where it's impossible to make a decision aside from owning several wheels; naturally reserved for the high income folk. And that's the other beef I have, these are getting crazy expensive. I'll have to be happy with the Master for a while longer.
6000wh that would be > 75kg wheels😅
My guess for the panther is -C32 Blitz motor 20" -4800wh -134V -46kg Would be an awesome lightweight long range cruiser with good waterproofing and decent suspension.
The Griffin is the only one I'm really excited about..... But I'm an extreme bull fanboy 🤷
Rob, I couldn't wait to get home and watch video. I was at work, looked at my phone, saw the video was 8 minutes old. Anticipation! You never disapoint. 😊 ~maverick
@EUCme Thank you!! 😄 You're too kind.
Mten5 is weird, it's the same size, same batery, same power as mten4... BUT 9kg heavier! How did they do that, did they fill it with lead for better stability :D?
Mten 5 is bigger and not backpackable and its 10-15 pounds heavier i heard
No Lynx? That's surprising. Once the Lynx came out, everyone seemed to forget about the Patton.
@@arevee9429 yeah, real weird. I think it just was an oversight by the poll creator since it's not super new. The lynx is still in high demand, it just somehow didn't make it on this poll.
You're gonna hit that 4k Sub goal in no time!!! ..I'm going with Sherman L next
@@EUCvibes Me too! It's just such a great wheel 😁
Having your house burn down because there’s no smart BMS really raises the price.
Love the video's, keep up the good work !
@@MathieuTechMoto thank you!
One must be living in a bubble to think the Begode Falcon does not excite more advanced riders. Two friends and I already have the Falcon coming. Enough videos with more extreme riders show excitement over the Falcon.
Get your facts straight. The Begode Hero and the Kingsong S20 were announced around the same time. The S22 (S20) was never released to compete with the Master. The Begode Master was announced much later. You do remember the Begode Hero. The promo video with Kuji Rolls. Even I remembered that.
I love your videos man you are doing the community a great service. I, for one, and most personally excited about the extreme bull commander max
I guess the Lynx is chopped liver now.
I know right?! I think that someone just didn't think to add it to the poll. It's significantly more popular than the ET max, and yet that ranked fairly high on the list. Maybe they just didn't include it because it's been out for as long as it has. It's still definitely the most versatile and best performing EUCs of 2024, and if the ET Max deserves a spot, then so does the Lynx! Go figure.
Nawwwwww
I went with the Lynx so I wouldn't have to upgrade anytime soon. So far it does everything I could ask for. Lol, with the 107 degree heat right now I could use a wheel with air conditioning.
"v11 replacement" got me interested, but is not they just recently made an uplift to it in the form of Y version? Not much sense in pushing it off the market for them. My bet is that it was something like v14 but on a larger diameter, but after seeing the Blitz it was already a lost cause, hence the delay/cancellation.
I dunno about a v11y replacement but the forums seem to think it will be a combination of the v8+v10=v18... whatever that means. My guess it's more like a competitor to the Falcon around the same weight class and specs
Great video! Some of your timestamp markers are off btw
@@gabinator1177 oh man. Thanks for letting me know! I'll double check them and correct them 🫡
Fixed! Thanks again!!
Great info mate appreciated
I'd say the Blitz is more like a 20" Extreme, rather then being like a master. The tire they put on it is going to be the most important part of making it a racing wheel imo since tire choice has such a big impact on Gyro. If the TNT feels good on it then the fact all the inertia is on the edge rather the middle will make it very snappy.
My dream wheel still is Begode Extreme🎉
Best EUC channel out there dude. You're amazing 🔥
Thank you! That makes my day 😄

Still waiting for Leaperkim to make a premium quality Falcon sized competitor.
@@jonwall4994 that'd be awesome! I'm not holding my breath personally, but hopefully we see it happen 🤞
Riding in dirt and sand help you get comfortable with wobbles. Youll learn to just ride through them
More great content, if 4k subscribers were a sell or buy proposition I'm buying. I got excited when I read of your new post. Thanks a bunch. 6 pac Gord
Personally I'm most enthused about the Blitz, not cos I'm a racer but moreso a race oriented machine maybe not fastest per se but to go around a track in least time, it should be quickest, fast enough but more importantly, handle supremely. IE the best sportbike like wheel if specs meets expectations. Plus with a quick costume & cape change, it could do likewise offroad. We shall see ofcos. The Griffin is indeed much welcomed as well. Whats not said here is that besides the Falcon, everything else should be 20amp charging compliant which makes 0-80% in 1hr a reality. 1 (or 2) charge stop could make for a long range wheel so who needs to hump a 120+ wheel around
F22-=110 lbs. That's a whole girlfriend weight.
Great video, very informative!
I severely overpaid for a master v2 and spent countless hours and $$$ modifying and rebuilding to make it work properly. How do I get begode to give me a free wheel now?
Oof, sorry to hear that. Was it under warranty?
Shoulda waited bro. My recently acquired Master v4 is amazingly fun with most of its prior issues solved (cept for stock front/rear cnc handles & 18amp charging but I digress). Been keeping up with Lynx's, Sherman S's, ex30's on my grp rides. Indeed it feels like a baby ex30. For the money its going for now, best wheel in class & most bang for buck. Sad to hear bout your v2 tho
@@WheelGoodTime yes, ewheels eventually sent me a new motor, but I had already 3d printed some shims and balanced the motor. I made many other upgrades to help design flaws that were not a warranty issue. I have over 2k miles on it, but I just keep it away from water and don't do anything too crazy on it. I'm being patient and waiting until these wheels hit some sort of technological plateau before buying another one. Ultimately, we're all waiting for battery technology to make a paradigm shift before anything revolutionary happens in the wheel metrics
That Griffin has me excited!!
Begode going after the 6’8 300 pound riders with a 6000 wh 24 inch wheel.
Wheels for everyone, even giants! 🤩
Muahahaha. Great video. ;)
The mten5 is not the same size as the mten4, the wheel is an inch bigger and it's 10 lbs heavier, and faster with more torque.
Exactly this. They might have fixed some issues the MTen4 had, but also took away pretty much everything that made the MTen4 so special. And if I remember correctly they already announced to discontinue the MTen4. Not their smartest move in my opinion.
@@frankvonbismo549 We'll see. I'm betting on the mten5 as the favorite wheel of the year for short trips. Mten4 was too small for me and many many others to enjoy. Mine gets here friday!
What is up my brethren ❤
the falcon looks like a sweet unit and will be my first EUC when it comes in stock
Yup, Falcon is good but it doesn't have Smart BMS. That's a deal breaker for me.
I did just that, i bought a falcon and its the first wheel ive ever even seen in person. Let me tell you that just the learning process alone has been a marvel. Im very glad that i went falcon first instead of a lynx, mainly because even the fàlcon has been slightly intimidating, especially since i know no one else with a wheel.
I am trying to decide what my first wheel will be too. Absolutely no experience. I want to just buy once, don't want to own a "small starter wheel" i.e. E20 and then need to buy another in a month but I want something that fairly easy to learn on. Was also looking at the A2+. Hmmmmm. Good luck when you do buy.
@@stealtherider3008 I feel you on the smart bms however it would increase the price of an already expensive (kind of, for what it is) wheel. Having 4 separate battery packs should be enough to make any voltage variance issues obvious.
@@MichaelHollandOne these are my thoughts also. While the Falcon doesn't have long range which I may want in the future (will probably get an Extreme down the road if that's the case), it should have the "oomph" I need for quite some time, being a 100V system. I also have no desire to go fast. 40-50kmh will be PLENTY for me personally. It has enough suspension to do things like stairs and small jumps, as well as going offroad which is something I am looking for. I was going to just get a V8F to learn and commute with, since they're around $1,100 CAD but after having picked it up quite quickly when I went to the local EUC shop for a free lesson, I decided not to go with a less expensive "training" wheel to start with. I'd outgrow the v8f very quickly. Falcon is a capable wheel that should last a while.
Must. have. higher. voltage.
Good update 👍
First!
second!
You can technically do this with a cheap smart plug that allows you to set a shut-down at a specific current draw. I have been doing this personally for years. You figure out the current draw in mA at let's say 90% of the EUC charge, and set the smart switch to turn off the power to the charger.
@@MonoWheelCroatia interesting! Sounds like a good method 🙂
2. Utilize over-current protection by setting up a cut-off current. 3. Implement scheduled charging. For instance, you can set the charger to reach 50% - 80% capacity as previously described and then turn off. Schedule the switch to turn on an hour or two before you wake up, ensuring the battery reaches 100% for your long ride. This method prevents overnight trickle charging and avoids the battery remaining at 100% throughout the night. This approach is most effective with a BMS that has active balancing, such as the Inmotion V13 - V14. For models like the V11, which have passive balancing and require reaching 100% for balancing and calibration, it is recommended to charge to 100% periodically. Allow the battery to remain at 100% for a longer duration (balancing is generally complete when the current draw drops below 75-50 mA, measured on the 230V AC 50Hz EU side; measurements may differ for US 120V AC 60Hz). Ensure that passive balancing BMS EUCs are charged to 100% if the battery level drops below 20%-10%. These are my recommendations. Whether these practices will significantly extend the life of the battery remains to be seen. The primary recommendation is to avoid driving the EUC downhill for a prolonged period when the battery is 100% charged. The regenerative braking energy has to be dissipated, and if it cannot be stored in the battery, it will convert to heat. This can damage the BMS and battery cells, primarily due to over-voltage scenarios. I learned this the hard way. I managed to kill a BMS on an Inmotion V11 and damage the battery cells. The newer Inmotion firmware tilts, and yells at you overvoltage, and the Veteran Paton beeps like crazy. P.S. Love your videos
Is it actually Velcro brand or a generic hook and loop used.
On the Grizzlas, it's hard to say. I believe it's actual Velcro brand - and if it's not, it's a high quality equivalent and they are very similar to the "actual" Velcro hooks.
Great video thank you!! I can’t wait to sit my calves burn on long rides lol
Thank you! I hope it helps!
Have they addressed the main issues yet?
Hey there I want to thank you cause when I first started I almost gave up quite ridding for several months then you gave some advice and helped me get over the wobbles. I would not be riding now if it wasn’t for your encouragement.
@@Fishfood007 I'm so glad I could help!!
Ha I should have watched this before I ordered the seat for my V12. Well so much for that idea.
@@Fishfood007 yeah it'll be a challenge for you 👀 best of luck anyway!
@@WheelGoodTime do you know if there is an option for a handle? Been looking on google since you said that I will want one and nothing lol.
@@Fishfood007 unfortunately, not for that wheel. Sorry 😔
@@WheelGoodTime wonder if I could but a spare trolly handle cut it short and fix it in place somehow? That was honestly one of things that got me into EUCs is I wanted to sit on a wheel and cruise around guys on yt look so relaxed doing it. V13 is the next wheel I wanna buy anyway so I may just wait till I can afford that one.
Well when it comes to DIY wheel projects, the world is your oyster 🙂 I certainly hope it works out for you! The v13 is definitely a great wheel to ride seated on for sure because of its height and stability.
Valuable content, many thanks, now I’m ready to practice my muscle memory when comes to wobbles. I’ve experimented this second time I drove with the wheel 🛞 Thanks again ! ✅🫡🙏🎩
I have both and I prefer the lynx for offroad and urban riding. ET max is great for straightaway sprinting but i find that boring. If I had to choose one wheel, it would definitely be the Lynx. The new firmware for acceleration is amazing, also.
