Yeah, seems like PS5 handles the game exceptionally well(unless there are some hidden caveats such as forced reduced pedestrian count on the console version etc.).

You are getting CPU Throttled. Not a good test. You need a newer generation CPU to max out the GPU usage.

no, it even works better. Just that the creator tested on performance mode while BOTH mid/high end nvidia and amd gpu performs better on dx12.
