    I have tried that, and I don't know why banging your wrist against sharp shoelaces would be comfortable.

    maybe perform the technique on a table next time. you could barely hang on to the shoe and it is very distracting.

    If you think about it why do we have to stand most of the time at work 🤔🤨I’ve seen plenty of jobs that when I looked around it’s not that many ways to get hurt or anything like that it’s almost like they want us to suffer 🤷🏽‍♂️😩I’m willing to bet that most workers would fell a lot better about having to work for 8 +hrs if they were just a little comfortable 💯🗣️

    OTC/Amazon compression socks are nearly worthless for medical needs. They are a fun fad for the average person and come in all colors at about the same price as any other socks. Knee high socks are great in the winter! Medical need is completely different. If your feet and legs are swelling due to disease or medications, you need to be fitted for real orthopedic compression socks at around $100 per pair. These are made to fit your feet and legs, will target the areas you need and will be very difficult to get on. If you can easily slip on a pair then they are not tight enough to be doing you any good.

    I'll give it a shot. I'm lazy when it comes to shoe laces. I like to leave them tied all the time and slip the shoe off and on without disturbing the shoe lace. Is this a no no?

  • @jessicasmith9144
    @jessicasmith91449 ай бұрын

    yes- you should be lacing and tightening up the laces from the very start/bottom of the tongue and tapping your heel back each time

    I’m on feet all day at work in work boots and I just got 2 pairs. My feet and legs hurt all day but I still walk after work, about 6.2KM and I’m so tired of tired legs! Family is predisposed to varicose veins I’m starting these at 31 hoping I can keep nice legs well into my 60’s!

    Yes, that's all I wear in the summer time when I'm going out in public. I wear the Archie's flip flops. My question is how cold is to cold to not be wearing them in the fall or spring temperatures wise? Or comfort zone?

    I love this. Im 38 years old. Was in the military for 4 years. Never in my life seen this, let alone taught this. I wasn't a runner or anything in hs either so maybe thats why. Either way, it sucks a lot of manufacturers are eliminating this 2nd hole. Also, most dont have tongues and have sock like fitting style and I hate those. They're great if they fit you, but if you don't have a narrow skinny foot they suck. Anyway, just picked up some Guide 15's and just got them today actually. I hope they hold up well, never felt an upper in this type of material. Reminds me slightly of a windbreaker/running shorts mix type of material. Very strange. Nonetheless, its super light. They make em in wide sizes. Although I never ran in Saucony's in a long time, n idk if I need wide with these. I got 11 and 11.5's and the 11.5's fit a tiny big, the 11's a tiny small. So 11.5 it is. Anyway, these things have a sole that seems to be thicker than the boost shoes for sure. Idk I haven't picked up a legit pair of running shoes in a min and they are light years ahead of where theyrl were.
