Charlotte's ONE training error is not the problem. The outpouring of hatred from people all of the world towards her because of that is the problem. Her error should be brought to the attention of regulatory bodies for discussion regarding potential penalty and correction. But there is no excuse for this violent show of public hatred over the matter. Or false accusations with ZERO evidence of this ever happening other then one time.
If you really knew her do you think she does this every day, do you think this is her idea, she is a rider not a trainer? She is the best in the world and now somebody has taken that one mistake and ruined her life, shame on you .
Yeah, she did this on the regular and if she's a rider, not a trainer, she shouldn't have accepted pupils. Horse abuse isn't "one mistake", it's EVIL and she should be disgraced.

Dujardin is a horse abuser and should be fined or convicted for this abuse and never be allowed near horses again and she should be banned from all shows for the rest of her life!

You don’t practice a lifetime of responsible, kind horse ownership and “suddenly” decide to break with tradition and beat the crap out of a horse and certainly NOT with a rider on it!! Abusive, extremely dangerous, and could have scarred that horse emotionally for life!

I'm just sad that someone who rose so high, worked so hard and then blew it, taking down many with her. Doesn't make sense to me. Maybe this is when ambition overtakes care. Poor horses. On the other hand, her horses have probably always had the best of everything, and she's probably rehabilitated loads of animals that others have given up on. She couldn't do what she does if she was plain cruel. She lives and breathes horses, but no one is perfect all the time. Not sure I could have reported her, as opposed to saying something in the moment. I accept that it isn't easy either way and animals should be protected as they have no voice of their own.

This is what happens when animals are used to simply win at all costs. They get abused. The racing industry is also cruel. If this sort of cruelty can't be stamped out then ban horse events in the Olympics. Dressage, the Big Lick etc is also cruel. The necks of the horses are bent to a point of constant pain and their hooves are abused horribly. The whole judging system is flawed if this sort of animal abuse is encouraged. There are lots of good horse owners out there. Why don't they petition for change?

Jeez some of the coaches she had to deal with, dreadful, pretty much bullying and dictatorship, certainly not coaching. I sincerely hope that kind of behaviour is not being tolerated. It was only when Jess Varnish raised a complaint that it was properly investigated. Thank god for Steve Peters.

Well Charlotte has really been kicked so hard now I don’t think she’ll ever get up. It’s extremely sad after listening to her on here about when she was little etc and how much she loves her ponies. The one person I feel sad for is her little daughter tbh. Her mum and sister must be devastated well so many emotions will be off the chart. Carl and their grooms.
