Forgive my ignorance, as I have never seen this movie… But is it me or is this eerily similar to Star Wars, particularly 1-3 lol? The fighting, the empire, the visions of seeing ppl die, galactic wars, a savior lol etc.

it is quite similar in some regards yes. Star Wars Took some inspiration from the Dune book, which was written first!

Well done. I have to admit, I was lost on this one, asking myself a few times throughout the movie “what is going on?”. The first Dune seemed much easier to follow, but this one has so many layers I probably won’t fully understand unless I read the books.

You really made the final battle easier to understand. I didnt realize Shaddam had set up a different camp. I thought he occupied Arrakeen. And also I didnt realize Jessica used the voice on Chani. Was too cauught up in the moment to notice the change in pitch
