This mod is a staple in my load list now. This and his Red Rocket, Tenpines Bluff, Abernathy Farms, and Sunshine Co-op mods. As a builder I love them, and they act as a great base for me to build on. He's actually redone this mod since this video. You still neeed to delete some of the sanctuary stuff just like you would in base game. I'm also pretty sure it's intended that you remove the tree in the "treehouse". It's more of an airplane based lookout tower/Playerhome than a proper treehouse.Funny story, the first time I used this mod I didn't remove the tree and when I got near the top the tree knocked me off the elevatore and I fell to my death. So embarassing. :)

Really like the settlement! I see content creators putting walls on every settlement... and to me I don't think every settlement needs one. Especially smaller ones in the middle of nowhere like Tenpines Bluff is. I only put walls on settlements that I think makes sense for one and the rest I basically just create check points and choke points for invasions. Though maybe this is just because I hate building walls lol. Your Walls always look really great... just had to get my thoughts out there. lol Keep Building!

Always enjoy your FO4 videos and have been watching for years. Of all the FO4 content I watch, yours is easily the best.
Lovely, as usual. I used to like Tenpines, but I've rebuilt it twice and the settlement never rises above 64 happiness level. Plenty of food, water, beds and defense. Even a doc and a bar. I really don't know what I'm doing wrong but I mostly just ignore these miserable settlers now. Almost all my other settlements at 80 or above on the happiness scale, but I simply CANNOT appease these dreary folks I guess.
Always enjoy those "lived in" builds. Looks great, as usual.

I watched you years ago for your great settlements and you inspired me for a long time to keep playing FO4 and step up my game. I keep going back to FO4 for fun, and it was great seeing this video. Ten Pines has long been a big sigh for me, I'm never sure what to do with it. Thanks for more inspiration!

Every time I watch one of your videos, I swear I'd play Fallout 4 again and then I never do XD Basically getting my Fallout 4 fix with your videos. It's always interesting seeing what you create and I will admit I've pinched a few things from your designs over the years I've been watching and it has been years. I think I found your channel around the time you did the video about repairing the houses in Sanctuary Hills. That takes me back... I sound old as hell saying that when I turned 29 last week. Hooray for July kids! :P

There is a mod called no more twigs I belive it's called removes all them twig grass I had it made years ago and works great

love the vids. just started another run of this game a month ago. love the building of the settlements.
There used to be the "No More Twigs" mod for many years, but unfortunately it vanished with the recent update. The Author no longer maintained the mod to update it for the new library changes. As a builder, I considered it essential in my mod list.
Ahh that's a shame. Yeah, so many mods have dissapeared since the big update.
