confused. the first part tells you to let the end hang towards the index, but when he started wrapping it on the bar its hanging on the wrong side (towards the pinky).
Wrong…. You wrap the forearm first, covering 75% of the elbow with the first wrap… and then go up towards the bicep. Only wrapping the bottom 16th of your bicep. You’re going to cut off circulation wrapping it higher on the bicep.
Terrible rules lol. Without intensity you are wasting a workout. Basically none of these rules are good
Used one for years. Until one terrible fateful day. I actually got my nutsack caught in the chain. With the plates attached. The boys were alright. But after that I switched to a weighted vest. Just a word of caution 😂

Funny thing about all these "fitness" clothing lineups... they always design the clothes for guys on gear. They don't design them to look good on the 90% of people who actually go to the gym. Here's a tip... if a customer is jacked they look good in any shirt and they aren't gonna be the ones repping your merch. They will be repping whatever the current fad gear is from their idol body builders. Design your clothes for normal guys - it'd sell better.
