  I bought this car radio a month ago, I had exactly the same problem. after having wanted to change the appearance by remaining pressed and choosing one of the customizations, everything was blocked, no more playstore access, gps, wifi... fortunately android auto still works, I have not yet had any solutions from the seller , even when doing a reset with the button on the front panel, I always come back to the same interface if you find the solution...
