  Theres a grinder that drops on the top looks like a 4ft masonry bit works twice as fast, but ya need a large excavator 😂

  We give free quotes so customer knows the price before we start, and then get paid once the job is done. We’ve never collected a deposit, but not opposed to it - just never felt like it was needed.

  We use a sheet of plywood as a barrier. Then we clean after the grinder stops firing bullets. Stay safe!

  We have guards, but typically only use them when we are closer to houses or roads. I just have my tripod set up way closer than you should stand and it gets hit from time to time. This was the first one that was able to knock it over though lol.

We got the Vanguard 35 HP motor, not sure if the same process would work for any other models. My dad and I did it, and had my brother make the mount. He manages a CNC and fabricating shop.

  Like watching your videos, but how about getting rid of the background music? I enjoy listening to the machine and the grinding sounds. I grind stumps myself and love the sound of the teeth chipping away at the stump. It would make your videos much more enjoyable for me.

  I’ve been trying to keep the original sound from the video when I can but it sounds terrible when the video is sped up - so I put the background music in so it isn’t just silence lol

  @stumpproswv I would just edit it then and keep the sound. That's what Chris's stump grinding channel does. He shows most of it and the main highlights and edits the monotonous stuff. I know what you mean about speeding up though. You've probably watched his channel.? I really enjoy the way he does it. Thanks.

  I was grinding stumps today & had concrete inside the stump. Hit steel spikes from years ago when they didn't remove them from the form, only tore all my teeth up.

  I just bought a Rayco rg55t stump grinder, & it's a mean machine. I know not compared to the 67hp, but none the less it makes quick work out of any stump.

  We do whatever the customer wants! We give the customer the option of just grinding, grinding & hauling off chips, and then grinding, hauling off chips and putting down top soil, grass seed and straw. This one we left the chips… and I wasn’t even upset about it lol
