    Already have fms blazer 24 scale...is the difference worth getting this? Any idea?

  • @ezboyrc553
    @ezboyrc5539 сағат бұрын

    Well, I actually enjoy it more than the blazer as far as bashing it, but they are the exact same vehicle. The only difference is that the shocks are a little longer and the smaller body. But you can buy this body and put it right on the blazer. Chassis, without changing anything, the clips line up perfectly. The only problem is. I believe this truck is now discontinued & unavailable from FMS, I think, unless you find it somewhere that still has them in stock. But if you like the monster truck aspect of it, they are definitely worth buying and adding that motor.

  • @lowercentenary
    @lowercentenary10 сағат бұрын

    Is it hard to switch out the motors for a beginner? Is it straight motor swap only or a whole buncha other stuff needed done to compensate for the increased speed? (Such as gears, links to avoid stripping etc) .Great video man!

  • @ezboyrc553
    @ezboyrc5539 сағат бұрын

    It is a very simple, easy swap. Even with little experience, you can do it very quickly. And it will be fine. It just depends on how hard you are on the vehicle, whether you want to upgrade to metal. Gears, But they do have them, and they're easy to put in as well. But mine is holding up just fine stock. It's absolutely worth the little work, and I think the motors are around $16 , i'm not sure because FMS sent it to me. Thanks for watching.

    I hope it helped, but to be honest, they will still slip most likely. I was actually thinking about putting them back on my truck again for a while. Because this has been a while but I have so much weight on my truck. I think that will cause it to slip more. Maybe the lighter the vehicle. The better for the traxx.
