Best Electric Vehicle

Best Electric Vehicle

Electric world explained.

Do you really know what electric mobility is and what stage it has reached in Italy and in the rest of the world?

Best Electric Vehicle is a journey through the electric world to unveil every aspect of this field which is currently witnessing an exponential growth and reaching the pinnacles of technology (i.e. Formula E and Moto E).

Electric mobility isn’t just synonym for electric cars and bikes, but also for other electric devices like segways, overboards, skateboards, and many more appliances which we will learn about together.

Our mission is to debunk myths and false information which still circulates around the electric environment and only slows the transition away from conventional cars.

great video, i have a BMW I3 Rex 2018 120 miles on electric 90 miles petrol, now for me in the uk this is perfection , no expensive hassle of public charging,no hunt the charger which may not work and then wait to charge , no planning my journey this is a car with proper electric drive no gearbox and all this perfection costs me 2p per mile as i charge at home off peak... yes i drive a car to suit me not me suit the car, over 200 mile range but this does not matter just pop in a couple of gallons and of i go again...i will never never public charge, that's a mugs game.

I am in the market for one of these and the choice is hard. Purely based on range and performance the Tesla wins, but I like the looks of the Kia and Hyundai more. I guess I'll have to test drive all of them to see which one fits my daily use best

So will a Tesla charger reduce voltage even if my vehicle uses 220-240volt ? And is it AC or DC coming out of it?

There are so many other ideas to save or convert energy into some other forms. Everybody knows there is a lot of energy present surrounding us specially potiential energy and every moving body produces kinitic energy as well as the friction which is very useful and we can convert or use them in different forms. Humam Deep thinking and AI can help us.

No such thing as a " fossil engine". Oil is not fossil fuel. Fossils are generally found around 16000 ft down. Oil is extracted below 30,000 ft. And how much oil is used to make an EV car? How much oil is in such car? How much mining is required to extract minerals for batteries. Look into mining waste water. Then imagine everyone having an EV. This 1st world advancement will be on the backs of the 3rd world.

Just seen this video for the first time very useful but now are you out of date so what about doing another round up soon but categorise it to common caravan weight categories. Eg, You've jumped from 900 kilos to 1800 kilos. This misses out 1600 kg max caravans and the Kia EV6 basic models which are somewhat cheaper than the GT. I'm waiting for the new model EV6 GT line s AWD. Should be around £50k many users report 130 miles average range towing the maximum weight.

If a EV source has can give 11kW through 4x16A 400V/TN, and we plug in a 32A/Single-phase car. Does that mean we only get 16A=3.6kW charge out of it?

Probably needs an update as the US (and probably Canada and Mexico may well follow suit) the newest push is to standardize on NACS (North American Charging Standard) aka SAE J3400 aka TESLA's revenge! (SEE: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_American_Charging_Standard for details) While some form of standardization, indeed any form of standardization, well further the cause of electrification it is personally saddening as my daughter and Son-in-law own a LEAF and there is no reasonably priced adapter for NACS to CHADEMO (A few weeks ago I would have said there were no such adapters but there is a Chinese company that has entered the market and currently offers a CCS1 to CHADEMO adapter and is offering to produce a NACS to CHADEMO adapter if the market is there for it. Sigh! The cost for the adapter they do offer is over $1500 US per unit, minimum order appears to be 2. Ouch. Now I here Nissan may abandon the LEAF entirely and will be producing a replacement vehicle for the North American Market by 2025 using NACS instead of CHADEMO.. The times, as the saying goes, they are a'changing.

Would love to understand how we estimate demands for EV charging- possibly using dynamic models (like agent-based-models). Also, if you could make series about optimization algorithms (robust, stochastic, etc.) used to analyze holistically the best param values to- integrate RE, and schedule charging to reduce peak load- either for public transport (BEBs) or private cars. If you could present any case studies, or even research papers- explaining terminologies, and analytical methodology- I would greatly appreciate that!

I took my EV for its second service last week, it took them an hour and charged me £227.72, £187 was for labour? My first service on my EV was under £73! I queered the cost of my second service and asked why the labour was so high - That's the price of the service was their answer! My EV has only done 10.000 miles in just over 2 years, I drive my EV on eco, I stay within the speed limits, yet I received an advisory saying that my back brake pads and discs will need replaced within 6 months? EVs were meaning to help save the ozone/earth, but it will cost us EV owners, while others drive around in smelly fumed bangers! It isn't going too work!

I sat in the Niro and liked the seating position better, but was disappointed that they tuned the Niro down as far as speed as not to compete with the EV6. I wish the Niro had fast charging as the EV6 and the speed, because then I would choose the Niro. It is just a more SUV driving experience in the Niro verses the sportscar feel, sitting low to the ground feeling of the EV6.

You're clearly in the UK, you show a UK car for external shots. WHY show a left hand drive car for the interior? Is it laziness because you can't be bothered to source the correct photos?

Just traded my model 3 performance in for this got tired of the minimalistic dull interior and this looks far more sleek and aggresive. Someone said my m3p looked like an egg and that hit me hard 💀 Also the noise isolation in bmw is insane. I NEVER knew it could be that good being in my tesla was like being out in the wind at high speeds. Also tesla said the model 3 performace was 3.1 sec but I guess that's with rollout the best I ever got was 3.3 at 100% charge usually I got around 3.5 . The i4 keeps its power and I've gotten a 3.4 consistently. Once it gets up and moving tho it's 💯 faster then the model 3 it just keeps pushing harder n harder. The driving dynamics and feedback feels so much nicer. Just running ur hands down the steering wheel and fabric u can tell its superior quality. Love the car. I got mine all black with the M sport package
