IION and OOTW, sister songs as described by Taylor are heads and shoulders the best tracks on 1989/1989(TV) In the same way that All Ten Well was her carthasis for Jake, ALL the Vault tracks were her catharsis for Harry certainly lyrically. The sound of the Vault tracks on 1989 is too close in its entirety to that of Midnights so I am not convinced that this how they were going to sound and this seems to be a common consensus.

  @@gracestjean I'll repeat IMO Is It Over Now? rules the Vault, none of the others touch it. Is It Over Now (IION) and Out Of The Woods (OOTW) were described by Taylor as sister songs as they refer to her relationship with Harry Styles, they are joined at the hip so to speak. They both reference the Snowmobile accident.
