I'm born and raised in Portland. Left in 2019 to Bend. After I got my degree I moved back in 2022 and WOW. Portland is just a shell of what it used to be. So sad to see. Probably going to move to AZ real soon.

I'm absolutely loving seeing the rental possibilities in my favorite little town. I've been traveling to Playa del Carmen for 35 years. The best food I've ever had at an amazing price was about 6 blocks away from all the hustle & bustle of 5th Ave. I look forward to seeing what you check out next

great question but a difficult one to answer for sure. I would say bring $10,000mxn minimum but it depends on where you eat, if you're doing high end tours etc. Thanks for watching!

Am I the only human on planet earth that actually prefers electric stoves? 😅 Not that I like cooking by ANY means, but I used to hate using gas stoves when I lived in the DR. I'm afraid and paranoid of those explosive gas tanks! Lol. Thanks for this very informative video. It sure helps to give us a good idea of what is out there!

Are you familiar with a coffee roaster off 5th Ave. at about 105th called Cafe Kaawa? Great chiapas coffee (Pluma). I heard you mention that flavor somewhere in a previous video. We took home 12 bags the last time we were down. They serve their coffee in a few of the restaurants around town. Keep the real estate videos coming and thanks again! VERY well done!

I paid $100 pesos at Coloseo and Avenida 10, pollo burrito, I was craving on its by the car wash, never go there, I guessed yours was 40 pesos, yours had much better quality and much more meat, I was disgusted by how little food he put in a giant tortilla, I used to live in San Diego where they are very big and fat, he put so little of everything on it , it was pathetic, it was even less than I remembered, I hadn’t been back in a few years, another guy said it’s big , I eat here daily, I was like in my mind you are clueless, I have a juice place on 10 th Ave y Calle 2 , it is fantastic y cheaper as well but I live far away and don’t get there nearly enough I will go to your Donatello’s I wish there was one near where I live, it’s cheaper and better than what I cook Gracias

Since I watched your earlier one on an apt, you've got me scouring the internet searching for a pet-friendly, long-term rental w/in my budget and have been pleasantly surprised. There's not alot, but some! And all it takes is one! Or... uno. Back to my Spanish lessons. Gracias🫶

What you don’t educate people on is electricity bills ac running 24/7 the bill comes every 2 months and it’s gonna be as much as the apartment if not more especially in a 2 bedroom. Do you even know what DAC is you know absolutely nothing
