  Thank you to all the CATHOLIC SCUM at Lille University for my 18 years of illegal job insecurity with you, for the one hour of training that you gave me in that time. Special thanks to the Diocese of Lille and its bigots in robes, who refused to do anything to change all this for thousands of UCL employees. But what can you expect from a church with its roots in the Inquisition, and which protects its paedophiles and child murderers.

  I worked for 18 years at the Catholic University of Lille in a situation of complete and illegal job insecurity. Everything "good" that they do is just a front to hide the reality. A university with the French Catholic mentality that if the staff are not being exploited, then the Directors and managers are not doing their jobs. A university that does not give training to thousands of staff. I received 1 hour of training in 18 years and that was to be able to use a language lab. I've gone to meetings where the secretaries assigned to take notes for the minutes of the meeting put their pens down every time a staff representative spoke and picked them up again every time a Director spoke. The Catholic Universities give money to Catholic church of course, a church that protected its paedophiles and the catholic orphanages that sold babies, and killed those that it could not sell (Canada, Ireland etc.). Do you really want to be a part of this???

  I worked 18 years in various schools of the Catholic University and it is a worthless institution. To understand the university, you have to understand Catholicism in France, which basically comes down to a bourgeoisie that favours privilege over merit. This attitude is still present in French Catholic education today, which explains its low International ranking. It is for the children of rich French families but it is NOT a good choice for serious, international students. For example, if you compare it to a UK university of similar size like Warwick, you'll see that the library at the Catho is 10% of the size of Warwick's Library, which explains why you can't get a seat there most of the time. Most of the teachers at the Catho have very little ongoing training. I for instance received 1 (one) hour of training in 18 years although I worked in several of the schools. The Catho has no children's nursery either, which says a lot about it and the sports facilities are practically non-existent. Next, although technically, the Catho is a "charity" under French law (1905), it is nothing like you might expect. The Catho basically owned its own buildings but "sold" them to companies it had set up and owes itself. "Excessive rents" are then charged by these "straw" companies.and this is how all the Catholic Universities in France manage to syphon money out of the "charity" into companies where there is no surveillance as there are very few "owners" and no staff representatives. We are left to guess where this money then goes. Some goes back into the buildings via maintenance, but most probably goes into the pockets of those at the top and to the Vatican itself of course. No, I'm not kidding. Bishop Ulrich, Archbishop of Lille, takes GOOD care of all this but cares FAR LESS about job insecurity at the Catho. To resume, the Catho wants to pass itself off as an educational charity but is really in the business of selling qualifications to rich or naive students rather than an education or even a decent service. Rich or not, you can get MUCH better for your money elsewhere.

  semi-échec du projet tout de même, à ce jour il n'y a aucun commerce, de restaurant ou de brasseries comme promis au lieu de ça que des espaces surmédicalisés.
