Asia Night brings you weekly walks through the streets of China and other Asian countries with a video camera, giving you a pure and authentic look into what life is like on the ground level across Asia and particularly China. I will go beyond the typical tourist hot spots and take you onto the backstreets of more obscure cities and areas - often places where few foreigners have likely ever set foot. But I also plan to take you to the center of bustling Asian metropolises so you can witness the incredible skyscrapers and colorful, chaotic nightscapes that seem straight out of a cyberpunk film.
I am currently based in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China, so a large number of my videos will be filmed there, but I also plan to visit other cities and countries around China and Asia whenever I get a chance.

I find the concave and tight space between buildings to be intriguing. I would love to walk through the back alleys and stairways to the apartment.
Bladerunner in the East, yeah!
love to explore the maze within the block
love these urban walk that explore the back alley and older urban housing estate
What a bizarre place
I felt like I was walking there.🙂
Want to hear the rain sounds. Not the horrible music

Gyeongju i always miss you
Wow, Now this is the definition of day and night. At night time this city looks awesome. But during the day, It looks like a slum.
My favourite place to live in real life, but I will do so when I'm 18 years old
Streets look much cleaner then big cities I the US
I guess i'm not immune to propoganda, this looks incredible. Now i'm curious about the rent lol
Takes me back I lived there for almost 10 years. Been gone for 14 years now. Good to see again.
A bit like some parts of South America but with more safety and more security, that is, peace.
This is the most welcoming slum I've ever seen
Nice, soothing walk. Thanks a lot.
Very nice 👍👍💗💖💖💖💝💝💝💝
Did someone said Cyberpunk i love that cultural movement. Cool video I'm liking South Korea now. Lol 😁
Can you upload more videos like bulidings residential area walk
Where are people? Covid restriction?
❤❤❤❤❤❤
I ❤ 重庆. Thanks for sharing.
what area is this?
Pasar Baru is a very good place to visit ❤
I came here because there are a thousand of cats rescued by police some of people here are cat meat eater..oh my..
I taught English here at the English first close to the centre of zhangjiagang back in 2004, it was my first experience of China with 0 Chinese.
This place (the district in the beginning of the video) reeks of affluence. If you're from US you'll never be able to tell, but being Eastern European/North Asian/North African you will immediately feel the vibe. This is where old wealth are. This is where covid draconian measures was never as harsh as in "new elite" condominiums. This is where the party chief live. This is where grannies who saw Mao as a kid live. This is where the important people live.
This is such an amazing gem 💎 to have found..I love the life you capture.
Like.
Very Nice place can you please show me the hall in Bandung where an International conference was held many years ago?

I lived in Sinchon about 20 years ago....amazingly it looks pretty much the same as it did back then, even some of the same places.
this was so interesting. Almost no traffic at all. Very few people on the streets. No animals! What time was that and what day ?? Amazing how clean it is and also how filthy the walls everywhere. I have never ever seen a place like that. I hope it will remain and stay alive. Love to live there one day
The low fps looks good when you are walking straight but it is really hurting my eyes when you are turning the camera around.
It doesn't look much different from the west.
Hi. I just found you from the Serpentza channel. I love your videos. I visited Hong Kong when I was 8 years old and your videos bring back the beauty, the Chinese shapes and the smells. Stay safe and well.
This is giving me warhammer 40k vibes, this is how a hive city starts. This is the coolest thing ive ever seen.
Quite a contrast from what is usually marketed as Chongqing (only filmed at night) by China's state media.
This video and channel got recommended by The China Show formerly known as ADV podcasts. I like your walking through China videos because things in Germany look totally different.
yup it does i was in Berlin and i thougt it was filthy, but damn this city took this concept and ran with it.
wow it really looks dystopian....
how is it even dystopian lol it’s literally a really old city build perched onto a side of hills.
@@Ecnop9 this city is not older than 60 (at max). It is just so rotten that it looks very old xD
@@aloedark5221 what chongqing is really old plus chongqing is huge its not like everything becomes well in short time. do you even know what it looked like 20 years ago yet 60 years. Its the largest city in the world with people migrating to it non stop. Its not a new planned city like shenzhen.
I'm here from The China Show, cool videos
there seem to be quite a few of us xD
You've brought me home, thank you!
Whys it so dirty?
its china, it is rare to clean what is not yours. they do not own the appartments they live in. the dictatorship can throw them out when ever they want. so why keep it clean if it isn´t yours?
this is good video ,wish you happy
I wouldn't like to live there or even visit but I find the scenery impressive.
