This is perfect!! Exactly what I was looking for especially for “Beginners” This is what a “Beginners” video should look like. Simple and not overwhelming (More beginner videos pleaseee)

I’m just a retired exotic dancer. I saw your walk to the pole from week 3 and just decided to jump right to the beginning of your dance journey. You are doing great. Thank you for creating content that makes me nostalgic. I was a wild dancer so now my body is in disrepair. If I could give you any unsolicited advice it would be arnica( bruising) ,glucosamine/chondroitin and vitamin E (joints)supplements of some kind. They really help. Took me till year 4 and a chiropractor to figure that out.

This is the only type of unsolicited advice that is very welcome, thank you! , really useful information. Good to know about those suplements. I noticed I need to focus on conditioning in order to perform well dance routines in the future, anyway just documenting the process. I hope you enjoyed your exotic journey it must have been fun and lots of hard work I bet.

@@heelsova i’m so happy you were cool with it. I needed so much advice when I started dancing. You will learn so many many things. It will be so much fun. You’re on the right track with learning to condition the body. It helps you be able to enjoy the movement so much better and for so much longer.
