    @@srikanthnithyanandammd HA ! I KNEW that’d get your attention ! He is an MD online and his handle is Dr. Joe. I am fed up with everyone giving ridiculous advice. When I asked for details, he responded and told me to do it 30 minutes after eating and to do it for 30-45 minutes. The only thing that I have found to fight this nasty disease is doing “ Keto with I.F. “ Because nothing else works. And I am fed up with it ! So, you and Dr. Joe get together and decide if ANYTHING will help other than keto and I.F. I even tried Carnivore. Carnivore made my blood sugar go UP !!!!! Nothing but meat and water and it went up !

    Hello sir namaste, i injured my mcl ligament. Initially i followed RICE method, after 2 weeks it turned normal. I dont know its due to ligament injury because it just came out suddenly when i got up from the chair. My knee used to be stiff for 4 days before injury. Since it went normal, i went out nd all of a sudden i injured again. I followed the same method nd felt beter after 2 weeks. Visited doctor. He tested . Did a valgus stres test. I got pain. He gave medicines for a week. Actually the pain and swelling increased after he did valgus stres test. Its been 1 month , i have been using tendofly tablet twice a day, swelling got reduced mostly but still there a little bit. Feel like tightness when i stand straight below the inner side of the knee where mcl attaches to shin bone. I am following ur rehab excercises feeling far beter. Thanq so much for ur time and effort sir. Could u please help me sir?

    Your symptoms could be due to pes anserine bursitis which is basically where the hamstring attaches to the medial side of the tibia. Rehab exercises for MCL will still help.

    My daughter injured her knee during volleyball, we will not be able to get in to an orthopedic for 2 weeks post injury. It’s been almost a week since injury. When should she start ROM exercises.

  • @srikanthnithyanandammd
    @srikanthnithyanandammdАй бұрын

    Typically, in children with a knee injury, we may have concerns about growth plate injuries, but these types of injuries are uncommon. If there is no swelling after the injury, the likelihood of a catastrophic injury is low, although it can occur. It is always important to consult with a doctor in these situations. If the person is able to walk after the injury, it is more likely that it is not a serious injury. In this case, it is suggested to focus on range of motion exercises as soon as possible. Even if there is a concern for an ACL or MCL injury, it is still safe to exercise range of motion as tolerated. I hope this answers your question.

    Which is better ? Standing or Sitting Soleuspushups

  • @srikanthnithyanandammd
    @srikanthnithyanandammdАй бұрын

    Performing standing soleus push-ups can be very challenging due to the difficulty of isolating the soleus muscle when standing. However, based on the findings of the study, there are significant benefits from doing seated soleus push-ups for hours. Despite this walking or any cardio is a better overall exercise compared to soleus push-ups. While soleus push-ups may have potential benefits for controlling blood sugar, walking or any cardio can improve overall fitness and consequently increase longevity.

  • @srikanthnithyanandammd
    @srikanthnithyanandammdАй бұрын

    YYour symptoms seem to align more with patellofemoral pain, a condition that's not uncommon among individuals who have undergone ACL reconstruction using a patellar tendon graft. Determining whether a gel injection is necessary in your case can be challenging without a direct examination. Gel injections are typically indicated for arthritis, and if a patient is experiencing patellofemoral arthritis, such treatment could be an option to consider. Given your situation, I would advise having a detailed conversation about the potential risks and benefits based on the findings from your clinical examination. .
