Don’t think this is DSG…looks like a Tiptronic to me… please correct me if I’m wrong
Read the terms of the agreement you signed. It may give them the right to refuse to sell it / proceed with deal.
That was an anti climax. Poor video. We don’t want to know what your plans are for the new car. We wanted to know whether you had to eat humble pie or not.
The car is LEGALLY yours , go to trading standards , they will kick their backsides !!!!
Would you be so kind got a gram page thanks art from nyc
DSG refuse buy this vintage. Even really in PX with a decent drive. We’re reasonable for 6 months on a 20 year old motor. In states it’s 10 years for a dealer. So a 2013 63 is all done. No need look after customer other than goodwill. How crazy is that.
Love this video if you can can post those things to look out for tried written them all down lol but kept watching
As someone who works at a premium main dealer, this does happen on the odd occasion due to internal systems pulling through the information rather than an administrator manually typing each advert. Lastly, in most cases order forms do have terms and conditions.. I do suggest you read that because I will be surprised if their is not an “error & admissions” clause this will clearly state that their can be errors on the order form for example vehicle details and pricing.. I do understand your frustration and in an ideal world they should honour the deal but they have no legal obligation to honour the deal.
👍
Nah let it go £290 a month for four years to basically lease a 2nd hand gas guzzler you really do need your ego stroked!
Crap car anyway.
mistakes happen , just deal with it and stop moaning , never known any one crt on you tube about it , its just YOU BEING GREEDY . get a life .
what a dick ,, hope you stop trying to rip off ,, the readers
Dsg gearbox are massively troublesome.. Just cost a mate of mine 2k to get his repaired in his Vw passat tdi..
did you a favour avoided a money pit in repair bills
Having worked in senior management positions in a major car dealership in a previous life sadly wasting your time. T&Cs cover the dealership against any mistakes on advertisements. The amount of times a car was advertised at the stand in value rather than the retail price and customers thought similar to you that because that's the advertised price they would have to honour the deal, sadly they don't. Also I think within the legal contracts, anyone who is a director of a car sales business no longer has their consumer rights against vehicle sales as they are considered 'trade'. Don't quote me on this as it's been some time. Kudos for effort tho
Crazy price for that but its well looked after i wouldnt no how to price it
You can Buy my 2009 Fiat Grande Punto 1.4 Litre for £1500, if you want.? It has 12 Months MOT..!
Do you sell your cars with warranty or without warranty?
Did you ever change the plates on the polo??
i bought one gearbox packed up and it cost me £1200
You got to buy the right one
@@user-mj6uf6zu8x Yes i found out the hard way
@@user-mj6uf6zu8xAll dsg are a nightmare..
@@user-mj6uf6zu8xyup. And even then. Once sold. It’s another 6 months of the customer never being far away to make that call.
the market in these SUVs has tanked and people are getting stuck with them, you may be better off going a different route, a nice Cayenne GTS on air the ride is equally as comfortable and less like driving a 5 bedroom house on the road.
the hard credit search is the worst that is unacceptable as you say
Did you change the plates on the silver polo?
When are you picking a winner for the free car giveaway mate?
Will be next month!
Can you please explain cap prices thanks
Current auction prices
you get cap clean/average/below average/cap retail
Agree with all the comments, disgraceful for a main Volvo dealer to show such poor customer service. It would be interesting to know what is the legal standpoint on this situation. I will definitely stay away from this group, thanks for bringing it to everyone's attention
Peng
Very petty things
It sounds a terrible garage. Name and shame the garage and acting manager who cancelled the sale, so others can avoid similar issues, and move on. It’s only a car, of which are devaluing by the second!
These days main dealer car salesmen do not make decisions on anything themselves either on pricing their cars or what they will give you on a part exchange. Everything goes through the sales manager. I agree with you how can several senior members of a sales team all make mistakes on pricing their stock. Range Rovers have taken a big hit on values recently and mileage also has a big influence on the price. But they've got you by the short and curly's and there isn't a lot you can do about it bar taking them to court and that would cost you more than £10k. The simple solution is shop elsewhere and right it off to experience.
I think this all just to make a video bud,, come on people why are we watching this rubbish as im sure we have better things in our lives,, move on and buy a cycle 😅😅
18 minutes? This could be a 2-3 minute video. Won’t be back, good luck with your garbage channel.
Only a pretentious prick thinks a range rover is a 'car' 😑🤣
Totally agree with you 👍🏼 Had similar issues with said group and when I stuck to my guns, they backed down and in all respect, a deal Is always a deal 👍🏼 Marshalls should know better
It’s in black and white mate
I am about to buy a used one from 2016-2017 Thanks for the advice and nice content.👏🏾
Did you get finance from the dealer or different broker
You've not got a leg to stand on . Move on
Personally I think you're behaving like a spoiled brat, and you're butt hurt because you didn't get your own way!! They made a mistake, they admit they made a mistake and they apologised for it!! FFS let it drop!!! It's just a F'ing car!!!............MOVE ON!!
looks the auction was a winner !
you are in the right for various reasons, however they are being stubborn ! i would insist on full reimbursement, of every expense, including some form of compensation !
After watching all the other videos this was an anti climax.
Experienced similar bad service with Audi Marshall - £25k paid to them agreeing to work being done before handover. Car turned up, work wasn’t completed. Gave hem a chance and they took it away for 2 weeks, car came back - work that had been completed looked worse than before it went away. Asked for money back and they agreed but took nearly 3 weeks to get the money back. Never again.
they cannot renege on that deal ! absolutely not!
😆 you where trying it on, you are in the car buying game and you knew that price was to good to be true COME ON you have never honoured a 9k mistake , it nearly came off and it was worth a go but it wasn't to be and i would have been saying nice one mate if it had. let it go now.
good vid, shite music
I’m guessing that because you arranged your own finance they have lost out. I never purchase on finance especially in this climate of uncertainty. I always save into an ISA to make sure I have enough to buy outright.
Then you're crazy.
They made a mistake, let it go.
A bit late, but i would have demanded £500 compensation. My reasoning is that you would have lost your £500 deposit had you pulled out of the deal. So them pulling out should have the same consequence etc.
