  Hmmm, I doubt that a milkshake would be this low in calories, carbs and sugar. The sauce and syrups I used has zero carbs, calories and sugar. The protein only has 110 calories and the coffee may have 5 calories if any

  Did you not watch the whole video when I said it will leak at first to get that little bit out of the straw and if you keep watching you will see that it stops? The water you see is from that, which is partly my fault because I should have wiped the residue water off first.

  I’ve never watched those tv shows so I don’t know much about that. There are a lot of things that are not true that we have been taught. My suggestion is to pray about anything that concerns you and let God give you the answers, that’s what I’m learning to do

Prayer doesnt work on its own it takes imagination faith and empathy. the lion and the lamb you can google it genius. you will find that even though it changed in the scriptures theirs hundreds of paintings of this iconic verse all over the internet! just like the cornucopia in fruit of the loom or the iconic verse from star wars, luke i am your father! never existed nor did forest gump say life is like a box a chocolates

  Girl, I just watched your video about body dysmorphia and then jumped to this video and let me say you look amazing!!! You look like a different person. I hope you’ve been able to get past that part of your journey and can see how great you look. Just wow! Inspiration for me to keep going with my journey.   Awwww, thank you so much and congratulations on your 80 pounds down. You should be so proud of yourself as well. It is hard to see changes in yourself at first, looking at before and after pictures is what help me to see the difference. I do still struggle some but nowhere near as much as I did before.
