One has nothing to do with the other. You only use the virtual address for registering your company. When you order from Amazon, you enter the delivery address manually so you can have a package delivered wherever you want.

So if I want a Wyoming LLC for the anonymity & there’s no state tax, I just want it to own a Massachusetts LLC, they Wyoming LLC is pure holding, no business or transactions in Mass just owning the mass LLC do I still have to do the foreign qualification?

Some states don't allow P.O. Boxes or Virtual Addresses.Virginia (where I live) being one of them. Also, the history of your addresses is public. Not sure if its every state thought.

When building credit you need a legitimate address, not a P.O. Box or one of those virtual addresses that 89 other people have. It's easier to have a unique address, abd not have to wait for mail to be forwarded to your actual home address, or running around picking it up from somewhere else.
If you live in the state where you have the virtual office. The virtual address is fine as the registered agent As long as I’m present at the address.

You no longer can use virtual addresses in AZ. You will use the Registered Agent address.

The IRS does not charge for an EIN. You can apply for the LLC now, but if the LLC is rejected, then you’ll have to get a new EIN
@fastbizlaw ty but now it is saying to change the name because it's already tsken which its not. Its similar but still different.. let's say the name i picked is "The swaggeriff" and the other LLC they're saying exist is "Swagger Riff" does that really make a difference.
