Hello everyone,
My name is marco, I recently started scale modeling.
It is a very nice hobby that I would like to share with you by making these videos.
My preference now goes to cars 1:24 and scale model of star wars.
Feel free to check out my channel and I look forward to seeing you in the next video👍
The videos are made by Plastic Model Building.

Beautiful build! Your paint scheme and wheels really caught my eye! 😎👍
Thanks 👍🏻
Nice build. I liked your color choices for the interior! When layering primer, paint, and 2k, do you wait between? Hard to tell from the video. Enjoying the heck out of your vids. Cheers from Ohio.
Excellent video! Just started a car model after many tanks. This was a perfect tutorial for me. Easiest subscribe decision I’ve made!
Very nice build
Thanks!
Great result on this 57 Chevy. I like the color and interior work. Nice job man 💥👍💥
Thanks!
Nice job! 👍
Thanks!
a great helpful video. just wonder what you think is best for masking? What method did you use for the body when doing the black section on the roof?
Very! Nice! Work!
Thanks!
This must be a newer version. The kits from Revell in the 70s were much different. The frame had the floorboards in one piece and the seats were mounted to the floor as in the real car. The doors opened. They made a 55, 56,57, as well as a 57 Nomad. The 56 was a two door sedan like this one, the others were hardtops. I built several of these. Not the easiest build but a beautiful model once together.
Yes, that's right, this is a new model. Thanks for your response
I just finished mine and you're right, an easy, but intrarcit build. The parts fit well and the instuctions weren't bad at all, Love the extras that came with it. People...get one and enjoy.
Wow, I'm new at this and only built 8 cars to date, including a 60 Vet on bench, but that trick you did with tracing the window glass then gluing, One of COOLEST Tips I've seen yet. Thanks for sharing and that's a Cool 67 Goat ya built.
Don't mention it 👍🏻
Very Nice Build ! Beautiful paint work, The car is actually a 210 Sedan not a Bel Air, It doesn't have the long fin chrome on top of the quarter panels, It has the short ones, Also you should have Chrome Vs on the hood and Trunk Lid as does a 210 model, The Bel Air would have the Gold Vs and Gold lettering and Gold grille, And the three Gold hash louvers on each fenders, plus the model is missing the upper Chrome that runs along the roof on a Bel-Air sedan just has the lower piece.
Wow! Fantastic job, thanks for the tutorial, I'm definitely getting an electronic scale, thats a game changer.
Graag gedaan !
Nice job. Gave you a sub
Thanks!
Awesome job 👍🏿
Thanks 👍🏻
I built that kit back in the early 70's as a kid but did not turn out as nice😅 Back then we did not have the current modern tools only glue and Testers paint, still loved building and displaying them though.
Haha yes a lot changes in that time.
Great looking build. I like your window trim method, it looks far less tedious than masking it all off like I've been doing
Thank you ! Yes, I try something different every time to make things easier. And still get a nice end result
Show more of the finished product please. Solid video though
Great video and build! Thank you
Yeah, I'm a big fan of wearing gloves Too after painting and applying glass.
Yes this was also my first time. 😉
Wow what a result with 2K! You don't wear thinner or do you? And what airbrush and how many coats for 2k? So far I'm getting orange peel :( Thank you.
thanks for your questions. watch this video of mine then everything will become clearer. kzread.info/dash/bejne/iX6ptsmffpCzYs4.htmlsi=_NFvfKzVLbmdjUQT
@@pmb2442 I had already seen it, but it is not clear to me how many coats you give of 2K, if the first lightest one, then minutes of waiting and heavier coats. From the video at increased speed it looks like a single coat with multiple passes. Thank you.
@@lucamicalicapparelli4825 I usually give 2 coats which is more than enough with this 2k
Brooooh.... You officially psycho🙈♥️
how long did you need to wait for the chrome paint to dry before spraying lacquer clear?
1 hour
What did you use to hold your parts while airbrushing? Also, did you airbrush or brush paint the engine bay and what color did you use?
That 57 came out absolutely beautiful. Excellent video!
Tanks !!
Nice clean build out of box.. just curious why use a silver marker the trim when BMF looks more better?
Thank you ! Yes, I didn't have anything else lying around, so I did it with the marker and had to do some work that looked good and I was done.
It's a beauty, nice paint, nice clean assembly, thanks for taking us along!
Thanks!
Absolutely beautiful! The '57 Bel Air has always been my dream car.
Thanks 👍🏻
Nice instruction booklet !! Lol
you're welcome 😉
Nice car. I got the 1-16 cabrio model of this car in my stack waiting to be build. But after the summer. And i have build a 55 i think it was a few years ago. Had stock and custom parts. Was a joy to build, but a drama to line up everything, was a lot of sanding at the hood and doors. The panel lines were almost gone, think it was a re-re-re-re isue kit. But came out nice. The onwner of that car still has it on his desk
Hi Jan. This kit looks a lot better. It is also a new model from 2024, so the build is now going well.
Thank you for sharing; What type of glue are you using? (Super Glue? brand?)
Great video.
Amazing video and build. What is the stick u hold the parts with.
Thanks!
Prick & prime?😳 First time I've seen paint weighed!🤔 Jman
Thank you for your time and sharing your work.
Don't mention it👍
Thank you for this great video. Question: After using the 2K varnish, is it possible to clean the aitbrush with Revell Airbrush Cleaner? I suppose plain water will not work
Thank you for your comment on the video. No, water doesn't work, I use MRhobby Mr. paint for everything. Tool Cleaner. Works very well and cleans your airbrush well. You can also clean your brushes with it.
Tell me, did you enter this in any model car contests? Did it win you any awards? If I were a judge in a contest where iit was it would win Best in Show!
I love your attention to detail! I am enjoying this build immensely! Thanks for making this available to me!
The only thing that you didn't show how you applied was the "bumblebee stripe" on the rear, otherwise you did a great job
Thanks for your comment. The decals are under the 2K paint. so that's why I didn't show it.
Nice! 👍👍
Thx !
Nicely done Lookin awesome
Thanks !
Nice video para principiantes
I’m getting ready to build a 69 Charger R/T which was my 2nd car I purchased. Good luck on your build. Great car.
Thanks, yes I have yet to start with this kit myself. Haven't really had time yet☺
What size tip on the airbrush for the 2K clear please?
I just use size 0.4 tip
How thick is this 2K? Wondering if you could thin it with lacquer thinner so it doesn’t fill in door seams etc…
Not that thick, but you have to dilute it with hardener as you see in the video, or I don't know if you can dilute it again with something else.
thanky for the video, but the music is very irritating
Yet another idiot who has never heard of a mute / volume switch!!! 🤣 There is no narration and the video is subtitled, and intelligent people would just mute or lower the volume. Any kind of simple logic or intelligent thought is clearly beyond the capacity of you tiny brain. 🙄
👍
would you happen to know if you can use automotive polish over Vallejo paints, with or without a clear top coat?
with topcoad. otherwise you brush off again
That sky blue its a candy color?
No Mr hobby 25
